Woodman Cottage is an end-terrace cottage in the Yorkshire market town of Skipton. The cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside is a small patio and off road parking. Skipton provides an excellent base to enjoy the many delights of the famous town. A short stroll takes guests to the Medieval Castle, the lively canal basin, the fabulous four day market and many excellent pubs and restaurants. An ideal base for discovering the Dales, Woodman Cottage is a superb holiday home for couples all year round. Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking by the cottage on a first come, first served basis, additional roadside parking 40 yards away with free off road parking at owner's home 600 yards away. Small front patio with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 4 mins walk. Note: The stairs are slightly steep and a little narrower than standard. Note: The stable door from the kitchen leads out to a shared alleyway leading to the front of the cottage.
