This magnificent seaside apartment is situated in the most precious area of picturesque City of Altea, so everything is near and no car is needed. It is also just in walking distance to Altea's lovely old town.

Excellent public transport (tram, bus, city bike) give an easy and short access to the surrounding areas of Alicante, Albir (3km) and Benidorm.

A high standard and tastefully decorated apartment ALTEAMAR with all the amenities as well as open terrace facing directly to the sea. Amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea, mountains, spacious swimming pool, the garden and Altea seafront promenade. Apartment has a living room, 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and a terrace partly glazed and facing south. Total sleeps 6+1 ( extra bed ). All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.

The apartment is fully equipped: TV and international TV channels, internet, blue-ray player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machines, fridge-freeze and air conditioning.

The apartment is on the 4 floor and is accessible by lift directly from the garden and as well as direct from the garage and the street.

This modern apartment and it’s excellent courtyard is spacious, comfortable and safe. On the garden there are a large swimming pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The condominium is clean and beautiful - one of the most prestigious apartment complex in Altea. Even this apartment is on the heart of the city, it is on first line from the sea.

About Jouko and Sandra

We are a Finnish family, who lives in Switzerland. We came for the first time on the Costa Blanca in late 2013 and immediately fell in love the area. We bought the apartment and made the full renovation focusing on excellence and quality. The Building of 10 apartments is at the best location of Altea and is also well managed.

Why Jouko and Sandra chose Altea

When we first came to Altea and Alicante province we in first sight loved the area. Altea area still has unspoilt Spanish Costal appeal as well as modern holiday destination services and activities and shops and restaurants.

We found that this is the place that fullfill all criteria of holiday destination with easy access, beautiful and safe area, excellent holiday activities, best climate in Europe all year long, close to the Sea, city and mountains.

What makes this apartment unique

Real spanish city, not only for turistis. Very beautifull, safe and clean place. Many cafeterias and restaurants just on walking distance. The apartment is on seafront, so from the balcony and window it has stunnign sea view. Even if it is situated on the city of Altea and seafront it has own pool. No car needed.

Three of us stayed at the apartment for 10 days over the Xmas period. It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen and little touches to make if feel like home from home. The views over the ocean from the lounge and balcony are beautiful. The promenade with a varied selection of good restaurants are within walking distance as is the town centre where you can take the tram to various coastal towns . The description provided by the owner is accurate and the booking process from first contact with the owner was efficient and problem free. We definitely recommend this apartment and are hoping to return again this year.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for two weeks. Everything was clean and very well looked after. Pam and Sandra were both helpful. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The location was fantastic, with everything just a short walk away. We also took the tram to Benidorm and Calpe. I think it is worth mentioning that the pool is out of use between 14.00 - 16.30 due to the other residents not wishing to be disturbed during siesta. I'm pretty sure that this was not mentioned in the original description and if like me, you have children who wish to use the pool a lot, it can be an issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Bikers Paradise!

This has been a perfect base for a group of five bikers from Finland. The location is excellent for both mountain bikers and read bikers, lots of MTB trails and road routes next door.

The flat has also been perfect and cosy. The scenery is amazing and everything you need is around the corner. We can sincerely recommend this apartment to any group like us.

Gorgeous apartment with lovely views

The bright apartment is well maintained and spotlessly clean in quiet complex with a spectacular view to the beach and the sea. The living room have sliding door access to the balcony, and we often enjoyed sitting out at the balcony and having our breakfasts there with the pleasant sun shine and the sea view. The apartment fulfilled all our hopes, was ideally situated for our various activities, including of course golfing excursions. Also, wide selection of cafeterias and restaurants are within a few minutes walk from the apartment We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to our friends and families, and if we stay in Altea again, this apartment will definitely be at the top of our wish list!

Fabulous!

We spent a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday here over the Christmas period. The apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable and is well equipped providing everything you need for a holiday. The view of the sun shining over the ocean from the lounge/dining room was an absolute delight. The large promenade and excellent restaurant selection are within walking distance as is the town. The owner and team provided an efficient and smooth process and we would definitely stay here again!

Romantic spring holiday at seafront in Altea

We had a wonderful and romantic break in Altea. The apartment is beautiful and clean, and the location is superb! It was amazing experience to wake up with the sound of waves and sunshine. The new beach of Altea is ready. We liked very much the restaurant America Cup, with very nice atmosphere and very good beefs. Thanks to the property team!

Altea is without doubt one of the most charming towns to be found on Spain’s ‘White Coast’, located in the region of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. The town is just 11 kilometres north of Benidorm, yet the two resorts are worlds apart. Altea is similar to other Costa Blanca towns in that it has a new and an old neighbourhood. The old section is perched on top of a hill from where you will find really spectacular views.

All in all Altea is a pretty town, popular with both holidaymakers and those fortunate enough to be able to live in the area; it has a slowly growing community of multinational expatriates.
