Fabulous property

Lovely villa in Avola - great location for exploring Noto, Syracuse and some great local beaches. The villa is incredible well equipped and the outside area and pool were just fabulous. The owner, Corrado, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Lovely tranquil getaway

A comfortable, private place to get away from the 21st Century rush (but with good internet connection and close to amenities. The beaches were great and we enjoyed the sights, tastes and weather of Sicily.

Nice house for vacation

We rented the house for 2 couples with our children. The house and location were up to our expectations. The value for money is good. The property is nice with no direct neighbours. Corrado, the owner is very nice and helpful, he tries to advise as much as he can. The garden and house are well maintained. Barbecue and pizza oven are available. 20 minutes walk from a nice beach "Lido do Solleone". It was a very good and practical base to get to discover the South East region of Sicily. Also, Avola has supermarkets and lots of nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our 10 days there, and would definitely come back.

Pleasant quiet Villa

We were welcomed by Corrado, who showed us around. The property was nice,clean and quiet. The pool was great, private and just perfect to cool down and relax. Very nice!

A lovely clean home in a Lemon Orchard with a big pool and great views from the rooftop terrace.

5 of us ( two couples and 1 child) stayed here comfortably in 3 bedrooms. The Villa and gardens are all well kept and secluded in a lemon orchard. Corrado was very welcoming and quick to respond when we had a problem (of our own doing!) he bought us cake and gave us lemons to take home, nice touches. You need a car to get around but there are so many things to do locally that we are already planning our next trip to see the things we didn’t explore fully. The towns such as Noto and Syracuse are beautiful and the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande are outstanding not to mention the stunning coastline. The Villa is so well laid out though that we spent a couple of days at home on the loungers and in the pool, having a barbecue and eating on the terrace in the evening. There were mosquitoes at sunset but a quick spray around the terrace before the sun dipped and they stayed away. We could not have found a nicer, friendlier place to stay and a great base to explore the area. We will be back.
