Beautiful villa with private pool, Air-con & disabled friendly

This is a brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa situated in Binibeca Vell, on the south-east coast of the island. Binitudurí is a beautiful villa and is approximately 800m from the beach at Binibeca and just 300m from the supermarket, bars and restaurants. The villa is totally wheelchair friendly, having been specifically designed to provide easy access. All on one level the acommodation comprises. Lounge/dining area with flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD player and direct access to the beautiful terrace and pool area. The kitchen is in a modern light wood finish and is well equipped for a self catering holiday, including vitro-ceramic hob, built in electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine. There are 3 bedooms, the master bedroom is a double and there are a further two bedrooms both with twin beds. The villa has two air conditioning units; one in the lounge/dining area and another in the corridor which goes to the bedrooms. In addition to the one family bathroom, there is also a shower room. The master bedroom, the shower room, villa entrance, kitchen, lounge/dining area and garage, have extra wide door frames to allow easy access for wheelchair users

Redorka S. L., is a company created in 1970 by Mr. Lorenzo Pons Carreras. At the beginnig, the activicty was concentrated in the promotion and selling of plots in the Biniceca Beach resort, but soon the owners of the new built properties started to demand extra services, so the company adapted in order to cover them.

In the present day, Redorka SL has over 50 staff members committed to offer all kind of rental and maintenance services to owners and holiday makers.

Best Villa holiday

Stayed at this property last September 08, myself, husband, 2 daughters and son in law. The location of the villa was excellant with a supermarket and restaurant/bar nearby. Night life is very limited, but we enjoyed BBQ on the terrace most nights. It was very peaceful with beautiful views from the terrace. I would hightly recommend it.

Binibeca Vell is well known for it's charming and pinturesque Fishermen Village. Located next to the sea, west area of the resort. Although the 'Vell' name refers to old in menorquin, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. Located only 300 meters away from the beach, it also has 2 little supermarkets in the area and a few restaurants. You will also find hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort.

Cancelation policy

In case of cancelation of the booking, the guest will be reimbursed the deposit paid, except for the following circumstances, in which REDORKA SL will charge the follwoing compensation amounts:

50 % of the booking when cancelation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date.

75 % of the booking when cancelation is made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival date.

To confirm a booking, a 20% deposit payment is required. This payment can be done by credit card or by bank transfer.

30 day prior to your arrival, the remaining 80% of the booking will have to paid.

When bookings are done with less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment of the booking is requested.

If you fail to complete payments, your booking will be considered cancelled.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
