Spacious and well equipped apartment, well connected to the main sites of Rome
The apartment was spacious comfortable and easy to settle in to. The area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking. There are good places to eat out nearby, notably Trattoria Pennestri. Its well connected too, only ten minutes walk to stations with fast access to Rome central train station and to Fiumicino Airport. Access to the centre was fast, 20 minutes by bus or metro, or 10 minutes (under €10) by taxi. The wifi was exceptionally fast. Our host Ana was warm and welcoming and provided us with very useful information about restaurants and local shops.

Outstanding apartment
This beautifully appointed apartment was the perfect base for our trip to Rome and was a delight to return to after busy days sightseeing. Being so close to the station and tube made travelling easy but many important venues were within walking distance which enabled us to make the most of the wonderful weather. Anna Paola made us very welcome and was full of helpful advice as to how to plan our trip and also find attractions off the beaten track. We were generally very lucky and did not need to join any organised tours in order to see even the most celebrated destinations. The large amount of information at the apartment and information offered by Anna Paola gave us a great grounding and enabled us to have a lovely holiday. The apartment itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and all the equipment you could ask for. The quiet location with good nearby amenities make it the perfect place to stay when exploring this beautiful city and we are happy to heartily recommend it.

Very well placed, well-equipped and comfortable.
Anna Paula was a most helpful and courteous introducer to her property. We couldn’t have asked for more. Well placed for transport links to all the major sights, local shops and eateries nearby this helped make our stay in Rome memorable and enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended.

Delightful Apartment - would highly recommend
We stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved the apartment, which is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Anna Paola met us at the apartment when we arrived, even though it was around 10.00pm and we were an hour later than scheduled. Anna Paola had also very kindly bought us some tea, coffee, milk, fruit, etc., which was much appreciated at such a late hour. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Bedding and towels are provided plus basic provisions, such as soap, washing up liquid and toilet rolls. We loved staying in an apartment as opposed to a hotel - it really was a home from home and very relaxing. If you are a light sleeper, then you will love the area - the neighbourhood is completely quiet at night. There is no traffic, music, parties, bars - it is very peaceful. Travelling into the centre of Rome is very quick and easy and you have various options - train, taxi or walking. You can also very easily take the train from the airport to the apartment. Top tip - once you have bought your train ticket, remember to validate it at one of the machines on the platform before you board the train. If you don't you can be fined €100 Euros per person. Highlights of the apartment for us: Expresso coffee percolator, comfortable beds and a safe and quiet area. Anna Paola is a wonderful owner and host. Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment and for all your help to make our visit completely stress free. I have already recommended the apartment to a friend and I'm sure they will also recommend to someone else once they have stayed - it really is a gem of a find.
