Ideally located in Illette between the Old Town Antibes , Cap d'Antibes and Juan les Pins with very easy access to local sandy beaches, shops and restaurants; the marina and the provencal market. The apartment contains a master bedroom with bathroom/shower and separate lavatory; a twin bedded room with bathroom /shower, lavatory and bidet, large living room with TV and dining area; fully equipped and recently re-furbished kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob; lovely balcony for outside eating; there is also an underground garage and free parking in the street.

The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet block in a lovely residential area in the Avenue de Chenes there is a lift .

Ideal as accommodation for Cannes Film Festival and other conferences; and the Monaco Grand Prix and any other conventions or exhibitions in Cannes, Monaco or Nice, which are easily accessible by car or train.

Golf Courses: There are eight golf courses within easy driving distance of our appartment. Two in particular are excellent - Cannes Mougins and Royal Mougins are about 20 minutes drive away.

Beautiful place

It's a really nice flat that is perfect for family vacation. It is situated on the peaceful and quite street and there is a garden around the building. The flat has two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living room, a kitchen and a terrace. The TV set in the living room is really good. Also there are some fans which are necessary when the weather is hot. In the kitchen there is everything you can need for cooking (a cooker, an oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, pans, frying pans, different plates, spoons, knifes, forks and more). The fridge has a big freezer. Also there is a hair dryer, a washing machine and a drying machine in the flat. The view that you can see from the terrace is really beautiful. In the apartment there is a WI-FI and it's very fast. The sea is in about 5 minutes walking. And on the way to the sea there is a bakery where you can buy delicious croissants and baguettes. If you want to visit the Old town it will take you 15-20 minutes to go there. And if you want to visit Cap D'Antibes you can catch the 2nd bus (the bus station is in 5 minutes walking) or you can go on foot. We enjoyed our vacation and we hope to visit this place.

Perfect apartment

This was out third year staying in Antibes and this time we couldn't have asked for a better location or accommodation. The apartment was clean, spacious and full of light the whole day. Everything we needed for our stay was catered for and we thank Vivien for all the comprehensive information supplied to us when we booked.

The location was just right as you have the lovely Ponteil and Salis beaches at the bottom of the road and the train and bus services are very close by if you want to explore further afield and don't have a car.

All in all a perfect and relaxing holiday!

Always a pleasure to return

This is my 6th stay in this apartment so clearly I like it a lot and for all the reasons everyone has stated - good size, quiet convenient location with an easy walk to everthing you might want. You can get to the Cannes exhibition hall in 40 minutes if get the train. So yes you don't need a car but I always drive because one of its attractions is location that is very easy to access by car and with one the spectacular hilltop villages and countryside are far easier to access.

One issue often overlooked is the quality of the local management and here Ivan and his team are excellent. Yesterday at 3pm I picked up 2 baguettes and a puncture! A phone call to Ivan and he located a place that would fix it that afternoon and he made sure they mended rather than replaced the tyre. Fully mobile in less than 3 hours. That level of support is really valuable. Looking forward to my next trip and I don't leave until tomorrow.

Really better in real life than on pictures!

Not quite sure, what to review, ......... all was just perfect!

Close to the beach! Spacious! Clean! Calm spot! Garage was bigger and easier to reach than apartments I have stayed before!

Owner (Vivien) responded almost immideately after request. Also further responses was fastest ever.

Their agent at Antibes - Ivan had perfect English and was really helpfull and assistive.

I would really be happy to return here again and again, thanks to Vivien and Ivan

Ticks Every Box!

This was our third holiday in Antibes and I have to say this apartment is most definitely the best out of the three that we've stayed in.

Location wise it's perfect being easy walking distance to both Antibes and the old town and also in to Juan les Pins with all of its bars and restaurants (and you also have the option of using both train stations although the one in Juan les Pins is nearer). The beach at the bottom of the road is our favourite in Antibes and so the 3 minute walk (via the amazing patisserie on the corner) down there was a joy.

The apartment itself was really spacious and bigger than it looked in the photos. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the little touches, such as the beach parasol available for use, really made it. We ate all of our meals out on the balcony which is in a great position and was pleasant to sit out on all day and even though the apartment is not air conditioned the combination of opening windows for a through breeze and a couple of fans on meant that we weren't bothered by the heat all. Being on the first floor and with shutters it also felt really secure and it was very quiet too.

The booking process with Vivien, the owner, was great. She responded really quickly to questions I had and was very accommodating and approachable providing a wealth of information about the local amenities, restaurants, places to visit etc. Likewise, Ivan, the local agent, was great also and it was nice to know that we could have contacted either of them, if we'd needed to, while we were there.

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment to our family and friends and will definitely use it again if we return to the area.
