About Sarah

Sarah, Lee, William and Milly the dog, live in Cheshire. We both work full time and brought the cottage to make more happy memories as a family, We love coming to Rhosneigr, whether its playing in the sea, building sandcastles, beachcoming. Or for something a little faster paced watching the racing at Anglsesey race circuit, or simply sitting back to enjoying icecream from Chaplin's or pancakes from Mojo's, we always long to come back to what we call home.

Sarah purchased this bungalow in 2015

Beautiful cottage in the perfect location! Sarah has thought of everything you could possibly need and is more than helpful. We really enjoyed our stay - it's the perfect base for exploring the island and lovely to come back to at the end of the day. Hope to return one day!

Lovely bungalow. Clean and tastefully decorated. Very nice decked area in the back.

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our weekend break here. The location is ideal, close to the beach, shops and places to eat. We ate at the Oyster catcher one afternoon which is a great restaurant.

The bungalow is ideal for a small family and has a safe, enclosed decked area to the back. It has a nice homely feel and we would definitely book here again for a short break.

Perfect little house - great location

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned from a fantastic 4 night stay at Tides End. The bungalow is lovely, really nicely decorated, warm, spotless and has eveything you could need during your stay. It is obviously a very well loved holiday home.

We were very lucky with the weather and so were out and about exploring most of the time. The house is a short walk from two beautiful beaches and the village centre ( literally 2 mins), and it is a 5 minute walk from the Oyster Catcher resturant - where we ate three times!!!! We really hope to return to Tides End soon.

Broad Beach / Main Beach

Whether it’s walking the 125 mile costal path, rock pooling, photography, fishing, all manner of watersports, motorsport, and golf or just relaxing, Anglesey has something for everyone, and is an inspiring place to explore.

Rhosneigr village has a selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops along with its magnificent beaches well known for its watersports (windsurfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking, jet ski’s or boats). If you fancy giving watersport a go, lessons are available at the local surf shop in the village.

Enjoy a round of golf, or for those wanting something a little faster paced Anglesey Race Circuit is close by, where you can watch a variety of car or motorbike racing.

Alternatively take a stroll along the beach, explorer the many rock pools, build sandcastles, try a spot of sea fishing or simply sit back and admire the view across Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula.

On the island you will find a wide selection of activities to fill your holiday.

Explore the South Stack Cliffs and Lighthouse, take a boat trip around Puffin Island offering the chance to see nesting puffins and guillemots, spot the Anglesey red squirrel or wandering through Newborough Forrest, or go in search of one of Anglesey’s prehistoric sites, druid burial chambers and standing stones pepper the landscape.

Take a trip to Pili Palas Butterfly Farm, Anglesey Sea Zoo, or Beaumaris castle, where you can visit the medieval castle with its old gaol and courthouse. Or Plas Newydd Country House and Gardens.

If you fancy something further afield take the sea ferry from Holyhead to Dublin, or for those that like shopping explorer the city of Bangor, or Victorian Llandudno.

No matter what the weather Anglesey has something to offer everyone.
