Maui Permit STPH2015/0006. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, (sleeps 2) fully equipped & newly renovated kitchen, FREE WIFI, new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, new queen bed, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs (2), outdoor covered lanai with dining table, indoor and outdoor hot showers. Perfect climate, walk to Haiku (only 100 yards to Haiku Cannery!) with 6 great restaurants, Colleen's at the cannery, Nuka, Veg-Out, amazing Fuzionfit workout & Mangala Haiku yoga studio classes right across the street, newly renovated & upgraded Haiku Grocery store.

1.    Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours must not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. 
2.    Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited. 
3.    Vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and must not be parked on the street. 
4.    Parties or group gatherings are not allowed.

Haiku Gem!
Loved this adorable cottage! It was absolutely perfect. All the charm of Haiku and the convenience was awesome! There wasn’t one thing I needed that wasn’t available in the cottage. Super cozy but with a bright beachy feel. Would book again in a heartbeat. LoveLoveLove!

Lovely Cottage
Great cottage and location to explore the Road to Hana and that side of the island. Good covered lanai that had a refreshing breeze with many nature sounds. Good food at Colleen’s at the Cannery and Nuka. Would definitely stay here again!

It was in the perfect spot to see family in Kula and Paia. Clean cute spot. No air conditioning but fan kept it comfortable. We plan on coming again.

Perfect spot close to shops, beaches and more!
Cute little cabin within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. Just a few miles down the street to really awesome beaches! We loved it!

Great location and clean accommodations
Central location for seeing many of the major sights on the island. Accommodations were very clean and space adequate for 2 people. Decor had an attractive beachy feel to it which helped immerse one in the experience of being on the North Shore. Paia is a great little town with many small businesses. Best of all, Nuka is s mere two minute walk away. IMHO best sushi on Maui.

Walking distance to great dining, grocery store, yoga, Fusion Fit gym, massage, and more! Located 4 miles from Ho'okipa, 6 miles from Paia, 5 miles from Makawao town and less than 5 miles from Mama's Fish House. FREE WIFI.
