A brand new 2 bedroom luxury apartment situated in the very heart of the quaint village of Torrox. A stone's throw from the many tapas bars and restaurants of the main square, where it's still possible to buy a glass of wine and a delicious tapas for less than 3 Euros! It's also a very short drive to the sea.

The apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is finished to a high quality & has been furnished to a much higher standard than most rental accommodation. Both bedrooms and the lounge feature a South facing juliet balcony, providing great sunlight all day and from which, you have the most magnificent views onto the charming white pueblo and surrounding countryside.

Very often properties directly in Torrox pueblo do not have the convenience of nearby parking, but here you can park virtually outside the main building, as there is an adjacent car park, making transporting your luggage into the apartment no problem at all. There is also a lift in the building so everything is very convenient.

Torrox Pueblo is simply delightful, it will capture your heart from the moment you arrive. Most people can't believe how relaxed they feel whilst holidaying in the village. It really is like stepping back in time and visiting Spain before it exploded onto the holiday market. Recently Torrox was featured on The Hotel Inspector, who during her stay there, marveled at the quaintness of Torrox Village and predicted it will soon be firmly on the tourist map. Take a visit before this secret gem is discovered by all.

The local beach in Torrox (Torrox Costa) is a very short drive from the apartment, no more than 10 minutes & there are several other lovely beaches in easy reach, for example Burriana Beach in very nearby Nerja.

If you are looking for the perfect base from which to explore the delights the Axarquia area has to offer but at the same time having the convenience of being able to walk to any number of fantastic restaurants, then you've found it!

Hi, I'm Louisa, I live in the UK but travel as often as time/work allows me to. I have been to some beautiful places in the World, the Caribbean Islands are an absolute favourite, mainly because I love how relaxed I feel from the minute I drop the suitcase. I have also travelled a fair amount in Europe and have never found anywhere where I feel as relaxed as I do in the Caribbean, until I discovered Torrox! I work in real estate in both the UK and France but when it came to purchasing a holiday home I chose Torrox.

Why Louisa Allen chose Torrox

I first discovered Torrox 17 years ago, when my Sister bought a Villa there, I have therefore visited many times over the years. About two years ago I decided to buy a holiday home in France (since I work in the French Real Estate market), it just so happened around that time, I went back to Torrox, having not been for about 3 years. It surprised me how "at home" I felt whilst I was there. I sat in the main Plaza and decided there and then, that I would love to own a holiday home right here in Torrox. With a lot of help from friends & family who assisted me in the search, a lot of patience and a stroke of luck, I found the most perfect second home, I call it the Plaza Concordia Pad. I always knew I wanted to be in the heart of the village, as I love it's authenticity, it's spirit and the people but I never imagined that I would be lucky enough to find a luxurious apartment that had not been lived in just waiting to be loved (as I do) in the most idyllic position in the village.

What makes this apartment unique

It's hard to find accommodation in the village that allows full sunlight, as most properties are facing one another and as such that does block out the light. A bright property was very high on my wishlist and as such, my apartment benefits from the full length doors and balconies facing South, so you can watch the sun rise and set. Also due to it being on the second level, the views are lovely! A bit of everything, white washed buildings, lush hills and whilst standing in the kitchen a glimpse of the sea. The building itself is of a traditional style, exactly as all the building surrounding most Spanish Plazas. However the interior is very contemporary, with clean light ceramic tiles throughout, white walls & kitchen and beautiful woodwork. I have therefore furnished in contemporary style to compliment the overall design and finish.

fabulous

This is a fabulous apartment, the pictures are great but the real thing is even better. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the lovely aroma and the cleanliness of the place. The views are lovely from all the windows and every little thing you could possibly need had been provided.

The village is lovely and all the locals are really friendly. The centre with all the bars and restaurants are just a short stroll away.

Louisa was really easy and very pleasant to deal with from the initial booking process right through to the return of our deposit at the end of our holiday. There were a couple of tiny glitches but these were dealt with extremely promptly and without any fuss.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and we will certainly be returning.

We love Torrox Pueblo

Very conveniently situated apartment, easy walk into the Plaza, we have slight mobility issues so the lift to the apartment was a welcome benefit. The apartment has everything you could wish for, it is beautifully decorated and furnished , the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. Torrox is a delight , very laid back, and friendly and population mainly Spanish who work locally .with a smattering of expats from various countries and holiday homes. A good mix.

An attractive compact modern apartment in an ideal location

My wife and I stayed for a week in this two bedroom apartment in October 2016. It has all the modern facilities - fridge freezer washing machine internet tv and a box streaming UK TV (not Sky). The apartment is on the second floor and served by a lift and parking is in the adjacent two story car park. The accommodation is ideal (size wise) for a couple or a couple with child as the second bedroom is small. There is a wet room with hot water provided by solar energy supplemented by electricity when required.

It is a compact property and the kitchen forms part of the sitting room from which there is an attractive view of the valley and white washed buildings in this Spanish village of considerable character. Located in the heart of the village access is via a narrow single lane road controlled by traffic lights.

PERFECT

We had a fantastic holiday in Torrox in July. Can't speak highly enough of the apartment owner's communication pre-booking and the same goes for the apartment.

It was our first visit to Torrox and we know already that we want to come back next Spring. We will be booking this apartment again because I doubt there is any better than this one and we were spoilt with such a great location. Thank you for providing such first class accommodation.

Simply wonderful

Having just recently returned from Torrox, I want to say a big thank you to the holiday home owner for providing us with accommodation that exceeded our expectations. We literally felt like we were staying in a high class hotel but with the benefit of additional privacy, space and cooking facilities. We hadn't been to Torrox before but it had come very highly recommended by friends. Again the holiday destination exceeded our expectations. We travel a lot and this was honestly the best holiday we have had in a long time, so we plan to return to Torrox and most definitely to this beautiful apartment. We miss the view and the sunshine!

Refundable Damage Deposit £300

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi and English speaking TV channels.
The 50% deposit at point of booking is non-refundable, the balance is due 10 weeks before arrival which at that point also becomes non-refundable. If you book for a stay less than 5 nights, a 15% cleaning cost is chargeable.
The security deposit is due at the same time as the second installment (10 weeks prior to arrival) and will be refunded as soon as the Property Manager has confirmed there are no damages and keys are safely returned.
