Nice studio 'LANFONNET' fully equipped with closed private terrace located very close to downtown ANNECY - area 22 m2, equipped kitchenette, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, very comfortable BZ sofa, bathroom with shower and wc, garden furniture, TV + Wifi Internet access included, 1 terrace of 25 m2 with dining area, exhibition. West - suburban area with very easy parking, close to all amenities (shops 300 m, town center 800 m, SNCF train station 800m, lake 1.5 km - bicycle storage.

Bien situé

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans ce studio parfaitement situé. Proche de toutes commoditées : arrêts de bus, gare, chemin ombragée pour ce rendre à pied en ville. Le garage sécurisé a bien été utile pour laisser la voiture à l'abri de la chaleur de cet été. Pierre et Barbara sont trés accueillant et facilement joignables.

Séjour Annecy

L'appartement est très bien situé, nous pouvons tout faire à pieds, les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse, ils nous ont indiqué un sentier pour rejoindre le centre à pieds(ballade très agréable à faire). Un grand merci aux propriétaires. Mr Mollier est très réactif et fait tout pour que notre séjour se passe très bien. Le lac d'Annecy est juste magnifique. Merci à vous pour ce séjour très agréable.

J’ai passé des super bonne vacances ! C’est la 2 fois que j’y vais , et franchement j’ai un gros coup cœur! J’ai été visiter la vieille ville, 3 fois au col de la forclaz. Randonnée… et notre petit " gîte " était vraiment plus que top . Je le recommande a du 100%! Monsieur Mollier, ainsi que son épouse, sont des personnes merveilleuse….

Un séjour agréable

Un appartement tout équipé bien agencé et sans vis-à-vis. Pierre m'a même proposé de gérer mes trajets à la gare, super adorable. Un coin de tranquillité pas si loin du centre d'Annecy. Parfait pour vivre un Festival de l'Animation !

Nous avons passé un agreable séjour. Nous allions au centre de Annecy sans prendre la voiture, ceci est tres appréciable.Mr et Mme Mollier sont trés sympathiques.Bon souvenir
