Summer holiday villa situated on the outskirts of the village Benidoleig. Panoramic views over orange groves looking towards the Denia coastline. Car port at entrance. Furnished to second home standard, including a new fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooker, coffee and toaster etc. The Living/Dining Room is complete with dining furniture, chairs, flat screen television,WiFi,& HiFi and a large settee. The kitchen links to a covered terrace with a large table and six chairs for dining a la fresco. Three further paved terraces set in the landscaped gardens provide quiet sitting out areas. The swimming pool with Roman end steps for children has built-in lighting for evening use, and is surrounded by a large paved sunbathing area complete with outdoor furniture and sunshades etc. The adjoining leisure room at the pool level is fitted with a small kitchen with cabinets, sink, h/c water, a large drinks refrigerator, built-in wall cupboards/drawer unit, HiFi and a settee. A toilet and shower room are available at this level. Ample swimming towels available for use. All three bedrooms are air conditioned and have built-in cupboards. Beds have dunlopillow style mattresses and pillows. Bed linen is laundered weekly together with towels and bath mats. There are two over-bath showers and two other separate shower rooms. One bathroom has a bidet and aother has a hot fill washing machine..

Retired architect with two grown up children and 6 grandchildren, three of whom are currently at University. These and my wider family spend holidays at the villa whenever possible. Hobbies watercolour painting, reading, swimming, and relaxing in the sunshine and tranquility of the location - that's my favourite hobby.

We love this unspoilt part of Spain and the and friendly atmosphere in the village. The plot was chosen for its panoramic views over the orange groves reaching out to mountains and the Denia coastline. Since purchase we have added a second bathroom and a leisure room with facilities to support the outdoor activities and the 9.0 metre swimming pool.

What makes this villa unique

The site is fully enclosed for privacy with lockable metal gates forming a quiet and secure private space for a family holiday. There are many opportunities to explore the countryside and local villages. Various restaurants are accessible in the vicinity, the nearest three minutes walk from the villa. A very large new shopping complex with entertainment facilities is now open in the nearby town of Ondara.

Lovely quiet property with amazing views

The views from Villa Corus are breathtaking , the villa is large and comfortable with every amenity. The salt water pool is lovely and clean and there are many areas you can find shade all day long. The WIFI isn't the strongest , but I think that is something to do with Spain rather than the provider. Satellite TV with all British channels is a real bonus especially for the children !...there are supermarkets very close and the nearest beach is only 20 minutes drive. Denia has great restaurants although there are a few more local...we flew into Valencia which is an easy 1 hour drive and there is so much to see i within an hours drive ......the beaches just south of Cullera are quiet , sandy and not over developed ...all in all a wonderful villa in a wonderful location , close to everything you could want in a holiday home !

Quiet and safe if that's the holiday you want , or easy access by car to a modern shopping centre and many attractive resorts along the coastline.

Lovely views

Beautiful views, nice quiet area. A few issues with the drainage so downstairs by the pool facilities not in use but this didn't particularly bother us and I think it is being sorted. We enjoyed our stay, loved Xavia, would advise insect repellent as we did get a few bites.

Amazing views, relax in comfortable surroundings.

This was my 5th stay at Villa Corus in last 9 years. The villa itself is large, (sleeps 8 i think) on three storeys, its spotlessly clean, comfortable and has all the mod cons you would expect in a modern home. The bedrooms are air conditioned which is a godsend. The views from the balcony and pool area are simply wonderful, mountains to the left and front, sea to the right. we have always found the area quiet and peaceful. The pool is maintained to a high standard. I find the owner very helpful and his representative in Spain also polite, courteous and willing to assist should the need arise. Apart from being excellent value for money this is a little hidden gem on a quiet lane in a peaceful area. The surrounding area (15 mins) boasts a large modern shopping centre, several restaurants and beautiful countryside. The beach is probably 20 minutes away, Benidorm and Aqualandia 45 mins. We love this place and will be visiting again (and again, and again!) Highly recommended.

Un emplacement idéal

La villa Corus est une villa très agréable. Elle est très bien aménagée, il ne manque de rien. La vue est superbe. Cette villa offre le calme tout en étant proche de lieux très populaires et animés. La piscine est un réel plus. Les salons extérieurs sont idéaux pour prolonger les soirées d'été ou pour simplement profiter d'un petit déjeuner.

Nice villa, comfortable bad rooms with aircondition, excellent location, fantastic views, big pool - we really enjoyed our stay there and can easily recommend it as the best value for money we've found so far in Spain.

We stayed at villa corus in July 2009 when the weather was wonderful and had a tremendous holiday. You need a car if you want to get around. The view from the villa is fantastic and totally understated by the owners. We thought the view unsurpassed in the area. The pool area where the ground floor of the property acts a self contained basement serving the pool is well laid out with kitchen , shower room wc and fridge - great for drinks around the pool. The owners have a sofa bed in here but we would suggest this would only be ok for teenagers or adults not minding a drop in comfort levels. The owner was very helpful and so was the local english guy who met us on arrival and helped us settle in. The grounds of the villa are terraced in steps up the hillside and are beautiful. You need to be careful if you have small kids because unless you can keep an eye on them as we did they could fall from some pretty steep places. We managed ok but were worried because our child was at that age when she did not realise the potential dangers around and needed repeated reminding. Also if anyone has any mobility issues especially getting up and down stairs this might be an issue as there are many stairs to navigate down to the bedrooms and the pool are . Other than that we would strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get away from the tourist drag and spend a relaxing time away from it all back home. A plus point for us was the new air conditioned shopping centre like the ones back home with all the usual big supermarket , boutiques , cinema and bowling alley - just like home really and the only one of its kind for miles along the costa blanca but about 2 km up the road from the villa. You can find everything you need there for a self catering holiday. We rarely go back to the same place twice but we would go back here which is the best recommendation we could make. Enjoy your stay.
