In a small Languedoc village "Vendémian", large villa (200 m2) overlooking the vineyards, fully fenced and not overlooked, elegantly decorated and air conditioned.

HEATED POOL 11 x 5.5 with submerged electric shutter (maximum safety for small children), hydro massage shower.

Large covered terraces including:
- a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue and a dining area for 8 people
- a lounge area for family aperitifs or simply to rest or read quietly in the shade.

You will find within 300 m all amenities (grocery, press, bakery, bar-restaurant in the village).

Fantastic Villa

The villa was beautiful and well equipped. The neighbourhood was quiet and the garden was tranquil. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen and had a very relaxing stay.

Fantastic Family Home!

This is a fantastic holiday home - our family of 4 (plus 2 grandparents for a few days) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. May and her husband were very helpful and provided us with a comprehensive tour of the property on arrival. The property was spotless and benefited from a very well equipped kitchen, a great pool and outside kitchen/dining area, immaculate garden and a quiet rural location. Whilst rural, the property was within walking distance of the pretty walled town of Vendemian which had an excellent local shop with friendly owners who were very patient with our daughters (age 6&7) attempts at ordering croissants for breakfast! The property was also relatively close to the A75 (15 mins) for trips to the supermarket or the beach. Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert and Pezenas are within easy reach. We had an amazing time here and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Maison conforme au descriptif. Emplacement calme avec très beau jardin clôturé et très belle piscine. Idéal comme point de départ pour visiter la région.

Villa détente

Villa très bien équipée et très propre (quelques infrastructures vieillissantes mais rien de trop gênant), et située dans un environnement très calme, tout en étant à proximité de villes et villages plus importants et très charmants à visiter. Propriétaire très sympa, disponible et très réactive. Que vous ayez envie de vaquer aux alentours ou au contraire de ne pas bouger de la villa, c’est l’idéal pour un séjour de détente entre amis !
