Wonderful getaway

Enjoyed our stay at this place! There was ample room for our two families. Condo was well-stocked with dishes, appliances, cutlery etc. Beds were comfy and roomy. Having our own hot tub was so wonderful after each day of skiing. Location in between town and the ski hill was perfect. Would definitely recommend and also stay again.

Spacious, accessible, family fun

We had two families on our trip: 4 adults and 5 kids whose ages ranged from 8-15 yrs Old. There was enough sleeping space for everyone and the master bedroom on the top floor was HUGE!! The condo is easy to get to and perfectly between the town of Fernie and the hill. The kitchen was big enough for two of us to cook and still enough room for everyone to hang out without getting in the way. It was a great experience and the condo owner was very helpful throughout the process with ALL the questions that I had. Highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

Attention Fisherman! It is only a 10 minute walk to some great pool and riffles on the Elk River. This stretch is popular among Cutthroat Trout Fisherman. The view of the ski mountain is clear enough that one can see the ski lifts and the Lost Boys Cafe from our back porch. The main bicycle trail runs along our side of Rt. 93 passes right by the Sanford Inn on its way into Fernie. It can easily be accessed from our townhouse by bicycle after an easy 5 minute ride. This trail is smooth and on an gentle gradient that is great for seniors, children or others seeking a scenic, low intensity ride that follows the Elk river northward into town.
