Enjoy a beautifully maintained Florida beachfront condominium with more than 1,400 sq. ft of space located just north of the Cocoa Beach Pier. This three-bedroom, two-bath corner unit sleeps eight people comfortably.

Cocoa Beach Towers has one of the largest and nicest heated swimming pools on Cocoa Beach. This unit is on the corner of the building closest to the ocean, just across the sea oats from the breaking waves of the Atlantic and less than an hour from Orlando International Airport and 90 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Cocoa Beach Towers Unit 50

We stayed March 23-30, 2019 and would like to thank Jeff and his family for allowing us to use their family vacation home. It was a special time for us all. The beauty of Cocoa Beach Towers is when it rains you are safe warm and still at the beach. I can see that this unit would be a great place to watch a launch.

Great Location

Great view from balcony. Close to pier, restaurants and grocery store. Condo is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy the beach and pool. We have been here before and planning on coming back again.

Cocoa Beach Towers

We have been staying at CBT 50 for several years and have enjoyed all of our stays. It has new furniture this year which was a nice addition It has been especially nice as we can run to the beach or pool and then back to the unit off and on all day. We had a teen this year and could let him run to the beach (not ocean) on his own and we could still keep an eye on him Jeff is very responsive we appreciate him and this unit

My family has been coming to Cocoa Beach Towers since 1980. My sister and parents own units in Cocoa Beach Towers as well.

Why they chose this property

Cocoa Beach Towers has the largest pool on Cocoa Beach. The pool is on the ocean side of the building and is heated. The facility is only partial rentals, with limited crowds and a great family-friendly environment.

What makes this property unique

Unit #50 is the premier unit in Cocoa Beach Towers. Located on the top floor, on the corner of the building closest to the ocean. The reserved parking spot is next to the elevators. The view is simply breathtaking and the unit itself is tastefully decorated with modern features and recently renovated designer accommodations.
