Barbecue grills are located around the site as well. Phalen Picnic Pavilion seats approximately 300 people, and the Amphitheater accommodates approximately 100 people.  The cross-country skiing track is a 1 km track set, 7 km skate-ski with mostly intermediate-level trails and a warming house.

Locked Owner’s Suite & Garage: The Owner’s Suite and office are in a separate area on the lower level of the 3-story Property, with an attached garage and back yard patio – separate main entrance – no cross traffic. These areas are not included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access & and use the Owner’s Suite area during this Rental Period. Do not block garage door access to the Double garage door – as the owners may access these areas of the home 24/7/365. Guests have exclusive use of the 1st and 2nd floor of the home and the front yard patio overlooking Lake Phalen.
