Enjoyable stay at this well appointed and located condo/apartment

Clean, cozy apartment within a short distance to everything you could want on the beach. Well equipt kitchen for preparing meals you don't go out for. Friendly complex and an enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay!

We had a 2 week stay at Marc and Patricia’s which was not long enough! The location on cocoa beach was perfect to the activity at the pier and nearby shopping. The heated pool and grounds were beautiful and well maintained.The condo was very well appointed including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. The condo was spotless upon our arrival. Patricia was very responsive to our question about the bedroom TV and although she was out of town at that time there was an on grounds manager to assist us. We have already booked this unit again for next year!

Amazing, 2 time there and had beautiful weather theres was construction going on in the complex but to keep the place looking great Maintenance has to be done. Will be visiting again next year

Always a great experience

This is our second time at this property and it is wonderful. Everything as described. Very clean great pool and Beach access. Patricia is easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Another great vacation in Florida.

Marc and I are originally from New York and moved to Merritt Island FL in 2013. We decided to trade the cold Northeast winter for endless summers.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to Cocoa Beach for over 50 years. The family fell in love with Cocoa Beach and purchased a condo here at the Cocoa Beach Club over 40 years ago. Marc and I have always wanted a beachside paradise. In 2016 we purchased our little piece of paradise here as well.
