→The fee for heating the Pool- $150 per day from October 1- April 15. April 16 -September 30- $100 a day. Heating takes 8+ hours. Maximum pool temp is 82 degrees. No charge for heating the Hot Tub.

→We are LGBTQ friendly and all ethnicities and religions are welcome in our home.

→NO PARTIES or events. This is a very family-friendly home. We have a RING doorbell and cameras on the exterior of the home for added security.

Chilled, welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Lovely people.

We would definitely recommend staying at Sarah and Troy’s place for accessing the best of LA. The house was lovely, particularly the pool and outside space. Sarah and Troy also made sure we had a great stay, dealing with any questions we had quickly and with a big smile. They even set-up a projector so we could watch a film at night over the swimming pool!!

Spring Break destination

We chose the NOHO House for our group of 10 including 4 adults and 6 kids. The house is the perfect mix of updated with historic charm. The backyard is beautiful and we loved using all of the different spots to sit and relax. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table. We were able to quickly get to so many local attractions and then get back to the house for lunch or dinner (and to watch some NCAA basketball). The home had many amenities that made it super convienient. We would definitely stay here again!

Oasis in LA

We traveled to LA with our 4 kids, which is always a bit of a schlep, and Sarah was so thorough and thoughtful and prompt in her communication that we had no concerns going in. When we arrived, the property was exactly as described. Beyond that, it felt like "home". An oasis in the urban madness of LA. Our kids actually complained when we took them to the beach one day because they just wanted to stay "home" at Sarah and Troy's. The back yard is absolutely magical! Convenient to Universal Studios, Hollywood and Studio City, yet quiet and serene.
