Beautiful sunny apartment, only 50 mts from the beach. In the centre of Pitangueiras Beach, Guaruja. The liveliest beach - lots of lovely young and beautiful people, and families. Being central, it´s near the supermarkets, bakeries, the shopping centers with cinemas. Banks and commerce. Lovely area for walking and riding bicycles. There is 'Beach Service' i.e. no need for you to carry your chairs or sun shades to the beach, the employee (porter) takes it all for you, and brings it back when your done! It´s great, go to the beach carrying nothing! Also no need to worry about eating or drinking, it´s all there on the beach. The stalls 'barracas' on the beach, fry fresh squid, prawns, chips, fish, there and then, (you can watch them), and they also serve drinks. Enjoy the traditional 'Caipirinha', made with the local 'Pinga' and lime, (similar to Tequila). with sugar and ice, it´s great in the hot weather. or the 'Batidas'. You´ll love Pitangueiras beach.!!! Come and see!

Apartamento confortável e perto de tudo.

Quem gosta de viajar em família é um ótimo lugar. Pertinho de tudo. É só atravessar a avenida e já está na praia. Cozinha bem equipada. Já é a terceira vez que vou em família.

Bom imóvel mas precisa de ajustes

O imóvel é espaçoso, conta com uma sacada grande que tem vista lateral para a praia, excelente para estadia em família. Infelizmente, alguns problemas precisam ser resolvidos pelos proprietários: o ventilador da sala não funciona, o ar condicionado de um dos quartos também não... Além disso, vários dos colchões estão mofados e não tem wifi... Como estava muito quente, entrei em contato com a dona Ana para saber se o ar condicionado do quarto realmente estava estragado ou se eu que não estava sabendo mexer e ela enviou uma pessoa para dar uma olhada, que constatou o defeito. Após a visita dessa pessoa, a dona Ana não mandou nenhuma resposta sobre o assunto e passamos toda a estadia com calor e as pessoas mais sensíveis à ácaro acabaram tendo que tomar medicação. Tirando esses detalhes, o lugar proporciona boas férias!

Foi uma experiência ótima! Adoramos o apartamento, é bem pertinho da praia, supermercado, padaria....enfim, bem localizado. Os donos também são pessoas agradáveis e te dão toda a informação necessária. Gostei muito!
