About this property

Anglo-Norman villa of 140 m2, very quiet and bright. Ideal for families (direct access to the beach for children) Large sandy beach. A dike (cycle path and pedestrian path) runs along the beach for many kilometers. Free WIFI.
Thalasso, casino, horse riding, tennis, municipal swimming pool. Cinema. Mini-golf, sand yachting, jet ski.
Private parking (2 cars) + free parking in front of the house.
Shops and fresh fish and shellfish market at 500 and 800 m. can be done on foot .. Supermarkets are 5 minutes by car.

4 large bedrooms upstairs (sea view), one of which opens onto the terrace-solarium, bathroom / WC. 8 beds. (A double bed 140 wide, a double bed 160 wide, two single beds 90 wide, two bunk beds 90 wide)
New bedding, blankets, mattress covers and new pillows 65/65.

Ground floor: large living / dining room. Bathroom and WC. Entrance room overlooking a small garden, well sheltered for dining outside. small BBQ.
Courtyard / garden (2 cars can be parked) and large garage.
The open-plan kitchen is new: dishwasher, fridge, microwave and electric oven, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ... washing machine.
WIFI available, TV, DVD player, books and games.

Water sports (sailing, paddle, long-coast, skimboard, kite surfing, sand yachting, etc.)
Horse riding on the beach, cycling and walking

Perfect vacation

The house offers plenty of space, is clean and in good condition. You will find everything you need (also in the kitchen) and you will definitely enjoy being so close to the wonderful beach. Best house we ever rented, will certainly come back another year.

Traumurlaub am Meer

Das Haus hat für uns mit zwei Familien perfekt gepasst. Die Lage ist traumhaft, besser geht nicht, über die wenig befahrene Straße zum Strand - 1 Minute!! Auch Geschäfte und Restaurants in Laufweite. Olivier, der Gastgeber, war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Emplacement top. Maison très agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle avec tous le nécessaire à vie facile (électroménager Ll LV, etc... même Nespresso !..) y compris chauffage, si besoin, très efficace. Literie en très bon état. Accueil de M.et Mme B. attentif et sympathique.
