This is a stylish and comfortable 3 bed/ 2 bath house on the prestigious Dona Pepa urbanisation, with private community pool, showers and toddler pool set in gardened area. Ideally situated to provide a peaceful retreat, yet centrally located for all amenities. It is furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning (AN ESSENTIAL IN SPAIN), as well as ceiling fans, and satellite TV. New for 2016 - WiFi is available for a small additional fee upon request.

Comprises 1 double bedroom (Queen Bed) with patio doors leading onto full length front balcony, 1 twin bed with doors to balcony, and luxury corner bath/shower upstairs. Downstairs there is 1 twin bedroom, large lounge/ diner, separate fully equipped kitchen, and WC/ shower room. Large front patio with sun terrace and table and chairs and rear patio. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars in immediate vicinity (5 min walk), and Quesada village 15 min walk. Also has Aqua Park, Country Club and La Marquesa Golf Club

General information: WE AIM TO BE FLEXIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR HOLIDAY REQUIREMENTS. We do not operate a Sat-Sat booking policy. You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week to take full advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals.

CHECK IN: House is available on arrival from 14:00 hrs.

CHECK OUT: Guests are asked to vacate by 10:00 hrs. on day of departure.

(Should guests have a late departure flight and providing no guests moving in, my housekeepers may be able to arrange later times)

Welcome packs can be catered for and discussed on booking. Full directions and contact number is sent on payment of full balance. Nursery Hire from our housekeeper can be arranged and set up prior to arrival. (ask for details)

RENTAL IS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR. Long term and short term (less than a week out of season)

Quesada is approached from Alicante airport via the Mediterranean Highway (A-7) and N-340, or via the N-332 which takes in towns and villages lying along the coast. Sheltered by the Crevillente mountain range, the region boasts a unique moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12-19 C in winter and 24-38 C in summer.

The old Spanish town of Guardamar: is 10 minutes drive and has excellent sporting facilities for windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, scuba diving and jet-skiing etc at the Marina's nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football etc., and an Olympic swimming pool. Guardamar boasts 11 kms of dunes, and sandy beaches and the enormous 'Queen Sofia' Park to enjoy a quiet stroll through it's botanical gardens.There are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, but it still retains a typical Spanish air and is a very popular holiday resort for Spaniards also.

The bustling town of Torrevieja: is also about 10-15 minutes drive and also has stretches of golden sandy beaches, esplanade, large marina and numerous international restaurants and bars. For the young at heart there are clubs and music bars. As well as being a fishing and trading port, Torrevieja is renowned for the La Mata and Torrevieja salt lagoons, now listed as a natural park. It is well visited for it's therapeutic mud baths, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife.

Wonderful accommodation

The booking process of this villa was very easy.

My first visit to Spain with my daughter to see our family.

Lovely, beautiful location.

The villa was clean, modern, spacious and very safe.

Everything you could possibly want was in the cupboards for you, cleaning products, washing powder, numerous kitchen utensils.

A great air con and TV system.

We will definitely look into returning to this villa. The deposit was returned promptly.

Fantastic for a family holiday. Highly recommended

Great villa for our week away. 3 adults, 2 kids under 8. Layout & standard of villa very nice, it was the best I have been in for a long time. Very clean & just as described.

Pool area was fantastic, and the vast majority of the time we had the pool(s) to ourselves.

The area/neighbourhood is quite quiet, and most of the shops/bars/restaurants are a good 10-15 minute walk away, but this is not really a huge issue.

Lidl nearby, great Chinese buffet restaurant also close.

Keith was also very helpful.

Highly recommended.

Will definitely keep this in mind for future holidays.

As good as it looks.

Hi Liz, thanks for the ease of booking and very prompt return of our security deposit.

The house was excellent with everything as described, good location with shops and bars close at hand. Our grandson loved the pool area and even managed to swim his first few strokes without arm bands, he was quite content to play with his boats in the toddler pool while we grabbed the rays on the numbers provided.

We were unfortunate to have the kettle fail while there, but a quick call to Keith and the replacement was there within an hour or so, great service.

I think a car is necessary to get the most from the area, but we saw plenty of people using the local bus service.

We have spent many holidays locally and love the friendliness of the locals, we visited Lo Pagan beach on a recommendation from a resident in the complex, what a great spot, very popular with the locals who disappear from the beach around noon for their siestas.

We will happily highly recommend this property and thanks again to the friendly owners.

Highly recommended property

Just back from 10 days in Quesada. Property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs (2 adults / 4 kids).

Really impressed with standard and cleanliness of the property and the pool was perfect for what we needed.

Situated in a quiet area of Quesada with some shops and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. The main street and wider variety of things to do is about 15-20 minutes walk which is perfect for evening stroll. There are plenty of restaurants on offer in Quesada and entertainment such as bowling / mini golf / water parks never far away.

Great communication with the owners throughout the booking process which made our first time using this site and booking a villa a lot easier and more reassuring.

Would highly recommend going here for a very relaxing break.

The prestigious urbanisation of Dona Pepa, Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks. Situated on the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes, Quesada is 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and home to La Marquesa Golf Club and Aqua Park. Four other championship golf clubs are within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin and La Finca, and La Manga is 45 minutes drive south. Terra Mitica theme park is 1 hour drive north. Ideal family holiday location for sun, sea, water sports, golf, or simply relaxing.
