Excellent villa for large family groups

We stayed here in August as a family group of 8 and it was nice for the 4 couples to have their own en-suite facilities. The living/dining area is spacious and the kitchen well equipped We couldn't make much use of the pool as we were out at the Parks most days but it is private and has good pool furniture Bella Vida is a safe gated community within easy reach of all the attractions in Orlando and right next to a Walmart William is a friendly owner who responds quickly to any requests and obviously cares that you will have a great vacation I can definitely recommend this villa and hope to stay there again in the future

Beautiful, spacious home

We stayed in this house with our daughter and her 2 children. The house is very spacious clean and well equipped even 2 buggies and a car seat in the games room. We left some pool toys in there for future guest. The beds are really big and comfortable with lovely bedding sets. The pool is a good size and was quite warm even without being heated although it was 90 degrees most of the time but not a lot of sun! Check in was very easy with door codes and good communication with the owner and the complex is very safe and clean. The complex reception was very helpful when we had a problem with our cash card and also allows you to printout your return boarding cards which was very handy. Walmart is a short walk away so very handy for food shopping and the villa is roughly a 20 minute drive to seaworld and the same to Disney so very convenient. We have been to Florida many times staying in different locations and we always have a great holiday as we all did this time, thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful homes destroyed hope to return another year.

Overall good experience

We had a few issues, but the (new) property management company was extremely responsive. Communication was fast and easy, and the only major problem we had was addressed very quickly. The property is well provided with sheets and towels for bathing and swimming. Just a note that the inside trash is bagged and then placed in a bench outside on the porch for daily pickup, which was apparently how trash was managed in the community. The only frustration was that any trash placed outside in the bin after pickup was easily accessible to animals. (Particularly raccoons overnight.)

Kissimmee Reunion

The house was a great size for 3 families with plenty of space. The owner was in the process of using a new management company so there was difficulty checking in. Once in, the property management company was responsive to our needs.
