This First floor apartment is situated on a well established quiet complex, just outside the Old Town of Albufeira, and offers a fantastic luxury holiday for families and golfers alike.

The property is spacious with an entrance hall, open plan lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces, including a private balcony with BBQ area. On site there is a large communal pool, children’s pool, tennis courts and private car parking ,along with well maintained gardens. The nearest golden sandy beach is only 20 minute walk. Huge shopping mall, restaurants, bars, takeaways and cyber cafés are all with in walking distance.

The apartment is equipped with a security camera, air conditioning and is furnished to a very high standard ensuring a comfortable living environment.

I stayed in January 2008 and found everything in the apartment to be of very good quality, it is an easy 20 minute walk down to Old Town and Fishermans Beach, there is a travel agent at the bottom of the road who can provide airport transfers, I would recommend them. A large supermarket is just over 5 minutes walk away as is the tourist train. I would certainly stay in this apartment again it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, it is also very secure, and in a quiet part of town, as I holiday alone this is very important.

Great Apartment

Family of 4 with two teenagers

25th July - 8th August

Just returned from this Apartment and had a great time its about a 15 minutes walk to the old town and 20 minutes to the strip we tended to walk down and at night get a taxi back. there are some restaurants and bars nearby which are good we went to the sports bar around the corner quiet a lot good bar food at a great price and a pint of beer was 1.70 euros. a word of warning down the main strip and old town drinking can be expensive at night time but happy hours during the day.

The apartment is very spacious plenty of room for 4 and the balcony is a good size with table 6 chairs where we had all our meals etc and a BBQ which we used a good few times.

There is everything you need in the apartment and its bright and very clean.

The pool area is great and the pool is a good size you have private sun beds with the apartment so no missing out and the pool only got busy on one weekend but was still quieter than a hotel.

All in all I would recommend this apartment you wont be disappointed.

Tip: we hired a car for the second week of our holiday but should have pre booked one for the whole vacation there are some lovely places to visit on the Algarve.

Relaxing Holiday

That is the perfect description of this apartment, clean, spacious, fresh air, easy access, well equipped with lots of toys if you have small children and swimming stuff.

But I would like to extend a big Thank you for the owner of this apartment. Nigel

who guided me on planning this holiday. Thank you!

The whole week of our stay was really enjoyed by my son in the pool, he was the happiest boy! The pool doesn't go very busy so we can stay as long as we want, the playground is a plus plus and we don't have to to further to take our son for a walk and run. We walked around the area with out the buggy though Nigel the owner provided us one.

We love the location itself beautiful complex!

The photos does not justify the place you have to pack your stuff stay in this apartment and experience what relaxing holiday is.

It is literally behind McDonald's, Go up the hill on the right and there is a daily Market if you want to get a fresh catch of fish, vegetables and fruit section at the other side, down the hill is Mcd's, across is the tourist train, which my son enjoyed it a lot, we have to take him twice a day morning and afternoon,

shopping for food is just across the main road.

During our stay we were fortunate to see the Fishermen's beach festival, a nice walk down to Old town on the escalator in the afternoon and we joined the locals having a feast on the local food, with a concert going on.

I would highly recommend this place to all my friends!

Home from home

My husband and I stayed at this apartment in June 2009.

It is extremely spacious with all the necesssary facilities for a very comfortable stay.

The apartment was also spotlessly clean and with a private locked doorway to the main blocks, felt very secure. The owner is very friendly and will email through a detailed information pack to help you during your stay. He will also give you the number of a local contact should you have any problems.

The apartment is approximately 20 mins from from the beach and old town which makes for a pleasant stroll in the sun.

The large "Modelo" supermarket is just 5 mins walk away.

There are some really nice restaurants in the old town - "Za-Za" is lovely if you enjoy Asian fusion and healthy cooking. It is opposite the "Atrium" and "Bank" bars. A fantastic restaurant called "Grandmother's House" or "casa da avo" is on the back street down to the Old town (rua do M.F.A.97). The service and food there is what you would expect in the best restaurants back home but priced moderately. You will need to book a few days in advance though if you want a table.

I would highly recommend Albufeira old town and this apartment. The strip or Montechoro area of Albufeira is better suited for teens and those in their very early 20's who want to party all night. If this isn't for you, best not go there!!

We booked this apartment, easter 2009 through Jackie and Tony who manage the apartment, they were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, we were met at the apartment by them and received a lovely welcome pack. the apartment itself was one of the best we have been in, 2 bed, 2 bathrooms, immaculate condition and very spacious. the complex and pool were kept immaculate. The only slight downside is that the apartment is a good walk to the old town, up hill coming back. We will definietely be booking with Jackie and Tony again.
