The Grits Carlton –

Ground Floor –
Two car Garage, half bath just off the entry way, large great room with modern kitchen, spacious living room with large flat screen TV, large dining room – all with lake views. Lake Front terrace with private pool and gas grill. Queen bedroom with full bathroom attached with a walk-in shower. This room has a walk in closet large enough for a pack n play.

2nd floor –
Full laundry room, King master suite with full bath with separate tub and shower and a private screened in balcony, bunk room with one custom built in twin over double bunk, full hallway bathroom, another bunk room with two sets of custom built in bunk beds – one double over double and one twin over twin, king suite with full bathroom (walk in shower) and gulf view balcony. Large walk in closet big enough for a pack n play.

*add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

*Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

*No wedding or events allowed per the HOA

*Seasonal beach chair service is provided complimentary March through October. This includes two chairs and one umbrella set up daily from 9 AM - 5 PM.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

*This property is monitored by a security camera located at the front door.

Awesome location

House is located less then 2 min walk to private beach. Did not have to drag a bunch of food or drinks to beach bc of how close it was. The house is much bigger than in the photos. Beautiful home. Pool is bit small, the size compares for a hot tub as not much room for more than 3 to 4 people. Overall very satisfied with the property.

Great stay

The property is beautiful and perfect for our two families. Being just steps to the beach was perfect for the kids Extremely close to dining and shopping for the adults. We will be back!

Great location beach not crowded.

Easy rental process. Nice house great layout. Easy beach access and no giant beach crowds during a VERY busy week. Great beach chair set up Sofa and chairs could use replacement but other than that house was very nice.
