large, penthouse style, 4th floor apartment (73 square metres) with full air conditioning and large sun terrace (52 square metres), making total floor area 125 square metres. Situated just 200 metres from the beach and lovely coastal walks, the apartment is set in beautiful grounds with three pools, (one heated during winter) and luxurious gardens, underground parking, 24 hour security and lifts to all floors.

Conveniently placed for airports; Alicante 30 minutes, Murcia 20 minutes, with wonderful choice of restaurants, shops, bars, banks and bus stop nearby. Accommodation comprises, through lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.

2 bedrooms, one super king-size with luxury zip and link beds and en suite bathroom, one twin room. Second full bathroom with shower.

GUEST BOOK: On arrival we had no idea what to expect. The apartment was amazing and we had a very comprehensive welcome pack. The complex was safe and friendly with beautiful gardens and pools. The beach is only two minutes down the road with a sea-front restaurant and two minutes up the road are all the bars, restaurants and supermarkets one could wish for. All in all, a fantastic holiday. We had the most fabulous time thank you. The transfer to and from the airport went smoothly. Your apartment is great, with all the home comforts one could want. This apartment has a lovely large sun terrace [52m2] equipped with an electric barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers, with far reaching views. In our basement store room there are also portable sun loungers and portable sun chairs which can be used in the gardens, by the pools, or on the beach. Please feel free to use our selection of beach toys, lilos etc. There is an LCD satellite TV, DVD/CD. A selection of maps, local guide books and information on local attractions, places of interest etc. is also provided. Wifi internet available throughout the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the sun terrace.

It was exceptional everything we wanted

We had a lovely week and will be returning for sure. The only downside if it was one was we couldn’t get the key fob working to enter the underground garage we could get out but not in. I feel you would probably need this in the height of the season. But that did not spoil our time at this lovely apartment complex would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent Apartment, great location

We stayed here this week, and even though the weather wasn’t the best, the apartment was superb.

Excellent facilities, Grace provided a great welcome pack and everything was wonderful!

lovely spacious apartment

thank you Anne for letting us stay at your lovely apartment. Met by Grace with keys, she was very friendly and helpful, only spoke with Dan on phone but give usefull info on everything. Very spacious and comfy and clean apartment.very comfy lounge and dining furniture, the beds were better than average and both bedrooms a good size.An excellent welcome pack provided by Anne. Complex is very secure with security. Gardens and pools kept in excellent order,even had 1 pool heated in febuary. Good bar/restaurant across the road,english owned and good food at a very good price. Only negative was the huge terrace was north facing so did not get any winter sun, probably ok for rest of year. Heating in apartment was really good. Would recommend this apartment and complex is ideally suited for families. As my wife suffers with walking ,from the apartment door to getting in the car in underground carpark via the lift was about 20 yards,brilliant.

Very clean and modern. in a secure complex. It was home from home (kitchen lounge bedroom bathroom faultless . Easy walk to local shops and bars including bus stop . Lovely apartment with everything you need in a good location

We had a lovely stay at this first class apartment with an excellent roof terrace. Loungers for beach and pool were provided and were a great help .With three pools on this highly secure gated complex with clean pretty gardens this is a great place for families and couples alike. Never too busy even in the middle of August .Anne provided a great welcome pack to start our holiday and there are even bikes to use if you are feeling energetic. Great choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We especially liked Nautilus and Punta Prima restaurants right on the sea front with spectacular views and great food. Only downside was the crowded beaches , but to be expected in the height of summer as many Spanish families holiday here in the peak season. Shame also that the area is still continuing to build tall apartment complexes near the sea spoiling the views of lower rise properties . However still a great holiday venue with everything on the doorstep. Thank you Anne.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Me, my wife and two friends stayed for a week at Anne's lovely two bed/ two bath apartment in Punta Prima. It's very spacious balcony and wide range of English tv channels a real bonus. The gated complex is extremely well kept, has three pools and It's in a great location near the beach with very good restaurants near by. Local taxis are plentiful and cheap, the drivers friendly and helpful. There are good modern shopping centres and Torrevieja is a pleasant place to visit (don't miss it's Friday market).

Come to Punta Prima and enjoy the best of everything!

Rosa Blanca is situated on the coast where there are numerous bays, beaches and lagoons to explore nearby. These range from shady palm forest picnic areas to larger beaches with cafes and children's' play facilities. Linking all these is a lovely coastal walk.

Meanwhile in nearby Torrevieja [5km] the splendid promenade offers a huge choice of eating places, bars, entertainments, shops, markets, blue flag beaches with all facilities, a marina, aquapark and watersports.

Further afield visit Alicante city and castle, Elche with its palm forest and historic Orihuela to make the holiday complete.

If you do have a day when the sun's not shining don't miss out on a visit to La Zenia Boulevard [10 mins drive] a splendid modern shopping mal with an amazing variety of shops, cafes etc.

Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with over 5 golf courses within a few minutes drive, varying from comfortable to challenging and all excellently designed.

Watersports facilities are in abundance all along the coast, ranging from scuba diving off the nearby island of Tabarca, to sailing ,wind-surfing and water skiing on the Mar Menor

Other Activities: aqua park go-karting

Golf: This is an excellent region for golf, with four courses within 15 minutes drive and many more, such as the world famous La Manga still within easy driving distance.

Las Ramblas, tel;965322011 ,is spectacular and demanding with narrow greens, water hazards, hills and many challenges. The course is sheltered and has wonderful views.

Campoamor, tel;965320506, was built on an old country estate, is lush and green with ornamental plants and Mediterranean vegetation. It is an all year round course, long and very varied with some difficult shots, although not as hazardous as Villa Martin. Fantastic views of the whole region from the Club house!

Villa Martin, tel;966765160, is an excellent design and was the venue for the Mediterranean Open in 1994. It is without doubt, one of the best courses on the Costa Blanca. It is well adapted to its natural surroundings with greens that need careful reading to score well.

La Finca Algorfa, tel;965967058, is a new course with a great variety of greens from very large to very small. Lakes and running water add both beauty and difficulty to the course.
