Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. The property was in a great location and only a 2 block walk to the beach.

The only annoyance with the property was the alarm system on coming in and out. We understand why it’s been installed for children and the pool but their should be a way to override this when just adults. No other properties near by have this and it must be an irritation to them. Also the upstairs toilet is leaking from the back. Noticed this as the carpet was a little damp. Overall though great house with perfect location - thank you

Great trip at Holmes Beach

As the particulars suggest, the property is ample in size both inside and outside, in a lovely area (near the beach and several restaurants). All facilities were available and the pool was fantastic for the kids. The only problem was that the bed linen looked tired and was market in several places which suggested not the greatest quality which was disappointing considering the cost.

Island Walk

We very much enjoyed our stay. We come every year and this was one of the nicer places we stayed. Pool was perfect. Short walk to beach. Everything was really nice.

Great vacation.

Perfect spot for our family. We had a wonderful stay. A few hiccups that management fixed. Plenty of room with a nice pool. We don’t get to do big vacations very often and we really enjoyed this one. Lots of beach supplies!
