'The view' luxury Florence apartment (90 sqm) is situated on the 3th floor (no lift) of an old Florentine building in the historical centre. The Duomo square and the most important museums, galleries are a short walking distance away.

The 20 sqm large terrace offers a spectacular view of the monuments (Duomo, the bell tower of Giotto, Sinagoga)

The terrace furnished with table and chairs for tasting an open air breakfast on a sunny morning. It is a very bright and quiet apartment Near to the apartment there are man typical restaurants, cafes, pizzerie, craft shops, a this area permits to fully enjoy the every day life of the historical centre of florence.

ACCOMMODATION:

It's composed of an entrance, a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. A staircase leads to the open gallery with one single bed and the second bathroom with shower.

(There are a single bed and another bathroom in the loft which is accessible with a ladder).

Lovely apartment in great location

A very spacious apartment with lovely roof terrace offering great view of the Duomo. Check in was excellent as the host met us on arrival and also gave us some good recommendations of places to go that we may otherwise not have found. Response to any queries was very quick. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience.

We had a truly wonderful experience! Prior to arriving Emanuele was great at responding promptly to our numerous questions. When we arrived he gave us a great overview of places to eat and have coffee and we found them to be spot on and to have made a huge difference to the quality of our stay as we would never have found some of his recommendations on our own. The apartment itself is old world - very charming and the location in a residential Florentine area away from the tourist hot spots was an added bonus. Thank you!

What a view

This place has a perfect location and the bedrooms are cozy. The host is amazing! We were received with a big fruit basket, a nice local salami, bread and a great bottle of Rosé, it felt so personal. The garage was around the corner and all the sights are in walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine even has a short cycle. The staircases inside the apartment are pretty steep, you get used to it though. The living room is much smaller than in the photos BUT, the view from the terrace is amazing! We would come back to this place in a heartbeat ❤️
