About this property

The house is located 3.5km from the Ierissos town, on a hill with a wonderful view and 150m from the sea.The area is called gavriadia and it has family summer houses.
The house is built in six acres with other two houses. Our house is on the edge of the complex with a big garden and the use of this garden is absolutely private.
The house consists of two independent apartments with different entrance, which can also be rented separately. The ground floor apartment has a living room - kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed a single bed and its own bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom. The second floor apartment has a living room - kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with three single ones and a bathroom. Also, on the second floor there is a loft with two more single beds. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with all the appliances. The spacious verandas have table and chairs. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, landscaped garden with a kiosk, dining table for 12 people, outdoors sink and barbeque. Linen is available. .

Tolles Feriendomizil nur 3 Gehminuten vom tollen Strand

Wir waren mit 2 Familien mit insgesamt 6 Kindern in dem Ferienhaus mit 2 einzelnen Wohnungen und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der große Tisch im Garten mit Grill und die Hängematten waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Die Lage an dem wunderschönen feinen Kiesstrand ist super. In der Umgebung kommt man mit dem Auto zu vielen verschiedenen schönen und abwechslungsreichen Stränden, auch Sandstränden. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist eher einfach aber ausreichend. In der unteren Wohnung wäre ein Esstisch im Wohnraum von Vorteil und das Küchenequipment ist recht knapp bemessen aber auch ausreichend. Vicky ist eine sehr nette, hilfbereite und zuvorkommend Gastgeberin, die per Handy stets erreichbar war wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir empfehlen das Feriendomizil gerne weiter!

Get away from the crowds

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beach was a few minutes walk away. The view of the sea was unobstructed and as we were there late season, we had the area virtually to ourselves. The house split into 2 apartments was ideal for us - 2 families - we could all hang out in the upper floor larger living room but also have peace and quiet and privacy in the lower apartment. There were some nice treats supplied like delicious local honey, jam and crackers and water but the kitchen had no basics like salt/pepper or washing up liquid. This was fine for us as we ate out almost every night at the various Greek Tavernas. We drove to them but it would have been possible to walk along the beach if the weather was right. The house is spacious with comfortable beds and functioning showers (downstairs had a bit of a smaller boiler but there was enough hot water if you waited a bit). The host was really lovely and very happy to help with anything.

Zwei erholsame Wochen

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Objekt. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Die untere Wohnung ist deutlich einfacher gestaltet als die Obere. Der Grillbereich ist super. Der Hausstrand ist nicht so schön, aber es gibt in 10 Minuten Entfernung sehr schöne Strände.

Really nice holidays

We were a group of 8 people and stayed at villa Vivima for 2 weeks. Vicky was the perfect host, she welcomed us really warm-hearted, tried to help us with whatever occurred during our stay and was relaxed about our check-out time, even though new guests were already arriving. The house itself is located close to a (pebbly) beach and we spent many hours there and in the lovely garden of the house playing volleyball and football. The hammock and the BBQ were an additional plus that made our time at villa Vivima even greater. During the weekends, the neighbours were around sometimes, but we almost never noticed them. We had some problems with the Wifi during the first few days, but Vicky called a technician to solve them as soon as possible. We might have to mention that having only one bathroom in the upper part of the house can be a bit difficult at times (especially if 6-8 people would like to shower after a day at the beach). Also, there is no cleaner coming during your stay, so you have to wash and change your bed linen/clean the bathroom and kitchen yourself if necessary. Regardless of that we spend an amazing time at Vicky's villa and would definitely recommend it to any bigger group that is looking for relaxed holidays :) Thanks Vicky for everything!

This villa has a large garden and children love playing there.At the same time adults can have a drink in the balkony enjoying the view,or they can use the barbecue for fresh fish from Ierissos( Ierissos is one of the most known fish places in halkidiki, good and fresh fish). At the same time an adult can rest on the sofa and watch from the very big window the view.
If someone is looking for an adventure then he can walk on the mountain 200m behind the villa, in a remarkable forest.
