About this property

This amazing 2600 sqft carriage house was designed as a guest rental with all the amenities and comforts of home. No detail has been missed. A large family of 10 or group of friends can enjoy this home which boasts 2 king bedrooms and two bedrooms each with two single beds and one double and single bedroom. The lower level which contains two single beds and a king size bed is an open concept design separated by a very spacious bathroom and room dividers. This area is great for young families, which includes a play pen/crib.

However, this space is also amazing for friend and family retreats.

There are two bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. No need to bring any toiletries. Even soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided.

As for the fully equipped kitchen, only bring your groceries. This amazingly spacious kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to make meals. Right down to a crock pot. Coffee, Teas, Sugar, Spices, Garbage Bags, Paper Towel ect... is provided.
Now for the view from the lanai, Majestic and stunning is what you'll say.

All guests have use of the two different fire pits on the property as well as our resident dog Dawson if you want to take a walk or go hiking.
Free WIFI, 3 satellite TVs and hot tub round out the list of great amenities.
Sounds to good to be true, well it's not. Booking your getaway here will be unforgettable.

Mountain Weekend

Spacious and well appointed guest house with spectacular view. Great for large group. Sleeps 9+ but only 4 bedrooms. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Not really in Fernie.

Family holiday in the snow

Property was great host were friendly and eager to please. If you prefer giving vacation money to hard working individuals that use their own money to supply vacationers with good facilities in a nice quiet area with a very natural environment try this place. Special thx to host for letting us park our snowmobiles in heated shop at night to thaw out during the colder than normal week. 👍👍

friends/family getaway

We stayed for a skiing/sledding trip. The property was very clean and had everything one would need. The hosts are very welcoming and gracious. We were 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs….. the space was plenty big for all of us. We would definitely return. Thanks again Jo-Anne, John and Dawson.

Fabulous Property

This home is located equidistant from Fernie and Kimberly Mountains. It was clean and spacious. It was a very comfortable home. The owners were onsite and very friendly. We loved our experience and would be looking to rent it again if we return to ski in the future.

Awesome Way To Close Out Summer 2022!!

One of the best properties to visit! Hosts, Joanne and John are awesome and ready to make this one of the most positive vacations sites. The house has every convenience one requires and the location is quiet and has such lovely scenery. We visited in June and had such an amazing time we brought our friends back for the week. We all can't wait to come back next year!!
