Beautiful, rustic, and bright cottage with cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. Enjoy quiet, relaxation, and complete privacy on this ten-acre lot with 260 ft. of oceanfront with water access.

As the owner is a real foodie and gastronome, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the basics you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Also, enjoy freshly-ground local coffee on the house.

Enjoy the stunning view of Tracadie Bay and PEI's famous sand dunes. Head out in a kayak or canoe (provided) to explore the bay or see the mussel boats coming and going from the fishing pier in the Bay. Or take a quick drive over to PEI National Park where you can enjoy miles of beaches or walk the trails.

This cottages boasts a large, screened-in porch where you can eat dinner, read your book, or just sit and take in nature.

Two bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. This is the perfect retreat for a couple or two, or a family with children.

Located centrally on PEI's North Shore, this cottage is just a quick trip away from some of the Island's best beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and entertainment venues. And, it's only a 25-minute drive to downtown Charlottetown.

Relaxing with an amazing view

Truly a very peaceful spot. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch enjoying the wonderful view. It is also a great location to call home as you explore the island during the day, very central to everything. The fully stocked kitchen was amazing leaving very little to worry about.

Charming and cozy

A charming cabin with a beautiful bay view. Kitchen is fully stocked including spices and condiments, beds are very comfortable, thick towels, books and games and a quiet location. Everything you need to relax and unwind. Centrally located on PEI, we found it conveniently close to the National Park, Cavendish, Charlottetown and the beautiful east side. Despite the extreme damage in the area due to Hurricane Fiona, our hostess went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend!!

Relaxing cabin on PEI

My sister and I stayed a whole week at this cabin, every minute was so peaceful. The host Alexa was so sweet, gave great info and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Some of our favorite things about this place are the screened in back porch, fire pit, kayak, sea views, comfortable beds, great internet speed and well stocked kitchen. The location ended up being amazing for all of our day trips to various hiking spots, oyster bars and sightseeing. We will be back!

In 2011, I moved from Montreal to PEI for work, and quickly fell in love with the Island and decided to stay for good. I found my ocean retreat in 2014, and live and work from there in the spring and fall.

Summer or winter, I love spending time outdoors, whether it is walking the trails or beaches, cycling, or snowshoeing in the forest in mid-winter. I also love good food, travelling, and taking the time to stop and smell the roses.

As an avid traveler, I understand the importance of a home away from home. I want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay, and try to anticipate guests' needs in this regard.

Why they chose this property

Since childhood, I have loved everything about the ocean. After moving to PEI, I dreamed of finding the perfect oceanside getaway. In February 2014, I snowshoed up to this cottage and it was love at first sight. I love the private, ten-acre lot on the ocean in beautiful Tracadie Bay, the view of PEI's famous sand dunes, and the sound of wind in the trees.
