This 2 bedroom , 2.5 bath beautifully decorated 1200 sqft home is the perfect accommodation for extended Island vacations, executive transfers, long term work contracts, house hunting or as a stop gap when closing dates on real estate transactions do not coincide.
Our fully equipped town home has floor to ceiling windows for the perfect view of Nanaimo's beautiful harbour to watch the seaplanes as they come & go. Comfy queen beds in the bedrooms , high end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen , in suite washer and dryer , natural gas stove and fireplace and a spacious patio to relax with a natural gas barbecue.

It doesn't get any better waking up to these stunning views and crisp clean ocean air !

The location is in walking distance to all Nanaimo's best restaurants and attractions.
From the Waterfront Walkway you can watch bald eagles soaring , boats docking , seaplanes flying , kayakers paddling , musicians playing and people crabbing along the dock.
You will be very busy during your stay in order to experience all of the "must do" things Nanaimo & Vancouver Island has to offer !!

This is our second time staying at this property and we just love everything about the place and the location. The kitchen has everything you would need and more, appliances, spices, etc. You really don’t have to bring anything, it is all there. The large TV is voice activated and there is Netflix as well. The views of the harbour are excellent from the living room as well as from both upstairs bedrooms. You can watch the float planes coming and going as well as the crabbers out on the pier right from your living room. There is a nice patio out front but we didn’t get to take advantage of it this year as the weather didn’t cooperate. Harry and Tammy are very responsive to any inquiries and we would love to rent this Townhouse again. Very happy guests.

Wonderful Experience

The location is ideal, the unit is well equipped and sparkling clean, and very easy check-in / check-out process. We would highly recommend this stay, and hope to be back soon.

Nice 2.5 month harbourfront stay

Great place, very well maintained. Location is the best, especially for those who commute frequently to Van via seaplanes! The host is great. Enjoyed my stay a lot!
