About this property

This is a beautiful, one of a kind condo located on the 6th floor of the sandcastles building. It is nicely furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys , very clean with a private laundry room and beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. It will make you feel at home on your relaxing getaway! The first floor of the building faces the gate of the beach. The condo can comfortably fit up to 4 people and a baby. It is only steps away from the beach, community pool and tennis courts. The gym is across the street of the building.

The family room has new furniture along with a Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. New AC system ,water heater and oven !Bathrooms are spacious and contains glass shower doors. The Condo is also close to many attractions such as Orlando's Universal studios ,Disney world, Sea world , Disney cruise line , Kennedy Space Center, Parks and nearby museums.

Short Beach Break

Had a great time at Sandcastles, so close to the Beach and some excellent local cafes / restaurants. We made full use of the beach gear provided and the pool area. Condo has all of the home comforts you expect and the price point is good value, would recommend.

Place was very spacious. Well stocked with everything you need. Pool was beautiful and just a min walk to the beach. Owners very pleasant to work with. Hopefully we can rent next year.

Nice condo

The condo was so nice it had everything we would need for a perfect vacation! The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. We actually saw the space x launch from Cape Canaveral! We loved all the extra blankets and towels! Wifi worked great! Thank you so much!

Great location and facilities

The unit was nice and clean. There were beach chairs and towels along with toys in the room which was nice. Would rent here again.

It is less than an hour away from World Disney World and Universal studios , Sterling Casino Cruise line, Disney Cruise Ships, A drive North of it is the Daytona Speedway and the beautiful historic St Augustine .
