Capistrano pueblo apartment in Nerja with panoramic views + Wi-Fi

Two bedrooms, one double & one twin, sleeps maximum of 4

We have a particulary spacious apartment and one of the largest terraces in San Juan (40m2 – we can't get it all in on a photo!) – the bedroom and lounge both have double doors leading onto it. It really is a sun terrace facing south and west, this means we have up to 11 hrs sunshine and a wide and magnificent view over the town, the Mediterranean, citrus groves and distant hills. The apartment is very quiet with no road going passed it. There are some steps, but much less than many apartments in San Juan.

San Juan de Capistrano Village: Our apartment is in the San Francisco development which contains particularly spacious accommodation in a quiet setting amongst beautiful Mediterranean gardens. Access to the apartment is very easy, there are only a few steps and car parking is very close. The gardens lead through palm trees to the central area containing two pools, restaurants/bars and a small supermarket (a large one is just 0.5miles away). The large residents' pool is one of the best in Nerja and has a poolside bar, it has panoramic views over the town. There is a safe children's pool. The town is a 20 min walk or there is an inexpensive, regular small bus that runs late into the evening; the bus also goes to the main Burriano beach. We believe that the apartment will be particularly attractive to those who wish to rent in Nerja direct from owners.

Nerja : Nerja boasts the best climate in Europe due to its sheltered position on the Costa del Sol. There are wonderful beaches and coves. Tourism has not spoilt the town, high rise development has been restricted. The narrow streets have a traditional Spanish feel with numerous shops and restaurants - eating out is very easy, reasonable and with lots of choice including tapas and paella on the beach. There is nightlife for all ages. The 'Balcon de Europe' with its palm trees, horse driven carriages and street market is a great place to stroll in the evening at the heart of the town. There are local markets. It remains a delightful Spanish town.

Around Nerja and activities.: There are many places to visit. All renters are sent a guide of places to visit ranging from a river walk 5 mins away to Granada at only 90 mins.

A nice holiday place

We spent a really nice holiday in Capistrano. The appartement is very clean and stylish furnished. The view from the big terrace is huge, seaside and mountains. You live very calm there, though you only need 10 minutesby car to be in the middle of the beautifull little town with lots of spanish athmosphere. The contact to the owner was very good. Questions are answered fast.

Nerja is good situated near the autostrada, so you can travel around easily.

Lovely Apartment with Fantastic Views

We spent a week in this lovely apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything that you would need. Parking is just outside the apartment but if full the road leading up always has spaces. The Large terrace has beautiful views of the mountains and sea. We didn't use the pool but the bars and restaurants are great and serve very nice food. Burriana beach and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away. There are Beautiful peaceful walks around the Capistrano estate and there's lots to see and do nearby, We would recommend a car but taxi are very reasonable and reliable. Frigiliana is a must as well as Nerja. Very good communication with the owners. We Highly Recommend this apartment. Thank Your Anne and David.

Beautiful apartment and resort

We cannot fault this beautiful apartment and the area. 40 minutes steady drive from Malaga to Nerja. The spacious apartment complex nestles at the foot of the hills - a beautiful backdrop with to the town. Great facilities nearby including shop and excellent pool. 20 minutes walk away from town with some impressive places to eat and drink. The terrace is superb for dining out. Anne and David were incredibly helpful. We will be retuning. Phil Holdich.

Lovely place to stay

We spent 10 happy nights in this lovely apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything you need. The terrace is a sun trap, with a nice view down to Nerja & the sea. The nearby swimming pool, bars and restaurants are great. Nerja itself is a fabulous little town, and there's lots to see and do nearby, Frigliana was especially nice. A cab to town was only 6-8 euros, and the bus is 1 euro each, but it's worth hiring a car to explore the area, Granada's a good day out. Would recommend.

Amazing views, lovely apartment, great terrace

Lovely apartment with a huge terrace looking down onto Nerja town and across to the mountains. We enquired, had a reply from the owners, confirmed and received confirmation all within around 48hrs - great service!

Nice touches inside the apartment (books, some beach kit, lots of ideas of things to do, iPod speakers etc). Definitely recommended!

Great Holiday Location

Your apartment was as described and is perfectly located within the complex with views that are incredible. We had a fantastic holiday and hope to return next year around the same time and would love to rent your apartment again as it is the best one we have stayed in to date – we have been to San Juan on four previous occasions, it really is a fabulous area and one we will return to often.

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 56 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 3 Kilometres Car: recommended

Nerja is a mediterranean resort 35 miles from Malaga airport. The rural delights of Andalucia are in easy reach as is Granada and the Sierra Nevada. Our apartment is in a quiet setting overlooking the town, mediterranean and surrounding hills. Facing SSW we can have 11 hours of sun on the terrace in mid summer.
