TAXIS. Our taxi company (that we use) will collect you from Paphos Airport and take you to the door to our House you make your own arrangements with them for your return to Paphos Airport..

Driving Directions (Paphos Airport to Ilios 2 C10 Kato Paphos).

Turn Left as you leave the Airport Car Park and follow the road to end. about 4km. Turn left for Paphos (sign posted Paphos) and continue for Approx 9km to the large roundabout where you will see a Debenhams Store on the right

Take the 1st Left from the roundabout and continue straight through the first set of Traffic Lights and continue to the next roundabout approx. 1km turn right and continue through 2 sets of Traffic Lights and at the 3rd set turn Right.

Drive past the first road to the left and take the next smaller road to the left. Ilios 2 is the complex on your right hand side. Take the first street to the right

and stop just after turning in. C10 is the end terrace house on your immediate right.

My Wife and I are both Retired and live in Milton Keynes area we visit our house in Cyprus twice a year. for Holidays, and to carry out any Maintenance required. prior to us letting our house.

Our House is modern with all mod-con and fully furnished for a Family of 5/6 persons in small quiet Complex of 29 houses and apartments with a Large shared pool 10/15 minutes walk to Beaches or 5min drive. Supermarkets are 5/10 walk away We can arrange Car Hire and Taxis from both Paphos and Larnaca Airports we give directions if driving 20minutes from Paphos Taxis will take you from Airports to our house 29 euros from Paphos and 60 from Larnaca.

What makes this villa unique

Our Complex is very well looked after with wonderful Landscaping and very Friendly as some of our Guests no each other as they return year-on-year.

We provide free of charge a Welcome Pack of essential food drink (Bottle of wine) and also Free mobile phone (vouchers from food store).

All linen/towels provided and free linen change for 2 week Guests.

Clean, tidy property. A good size. Lovely pool area

The house had everything you needed. Furnishings etc were fine,not exactly luxury, but what you need for a relaxing holiday. Pool was a good size, very clean and nicely planted around. Regular visits from security were good. Mixture of residents and holiday lets, but everyone friendly and welcoming. Downside was the distance to the beach or bars. We tended to walk to town in evening and taxi back, which was only 8 euros. But plenty of parking in town and near beaches, either free or 1 euro a day.

Great location

We stayed in Cyprus for a family holiday and wedding during August.

Terry & Sylvia kindly arranged for our transfers allowing us to get to the villa in comfort with no delay.

Our flight was delayed, so we were tired and hungry and glad to find a welcome pack so that we could have a drink and something to eat.

The villa was clean, tidy, well equipped, in a great location, with access to a supermarket just a short walk away. The harbour is around 20 mins and shopping centre even closer.

The villa suited us perfectly,

Hope to visit again soon.

Villa was everything we hoped it would be and more. Very clean and spacious. Super market only 10 mins away. 20 minute walk to paphos harbour. Would definitely return again. Villa is a credit to the owners. English couple who really looked after all our needs when we wanted it. Very helpful at arrange what we needed.

wonderful house

Lovely!! Everything was well arranged by Terry and Sylvia from transfers to key arrangements and safe password. Lots of really usual information in the books in lounge.Property was as described clean and well maintained and the patio is within about 20 feet of the pool -ideal for al fresco dining.There is a fairly large and reasonable supermarket just a couple of streets away and the bar and sea front area is with in 20 -25 minutes easy walk.Loved the walks along the front all the way out to the lighthouse and public beach in the other direction. Archaeological site is worth a visit as is Coral Bay Polis /Latchi and Troodos .My favourite day was Aphrodites trail on Akamas peninsula -absolutely stunning views and scenery

The Property is a End of Terrace Town House Situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos close to all Tourist Areas, but within a Quiet residential area and within short walking distance to beaches, Old Harbour, shops supermarkets and tavernas. It is a small select development of houses and apartments, with a large Private pool in well maintained beautiful landscaped communal area. Ideally located for those who like to walk, golf or ski, as well as for beach holidays. The Old town, with it's many shops and municipal market is about a 20 minute walk away. There are also many archaeological sites, such as the old fort and the mosaics a similar distance away. The Rock of Aphrodite, the Troodos Mountains, the Akamas Peninsular, Polis and Latchi are all within easy driving distance.

Golf courses are just a 15 minute drive,and are of International Standard.with many well known Professional Players having played on the courses.

Guests do not now actually need car hire in Paphos Area (unless going further afield).as there is now cheap and excellent Bus Services, new buses serving Paphos and Larnaca Airports and local Paphos area Beaches including Beautiful Coral Bay. Car hire Directions provided to Guests via their Email as well as House access details Taxis can be arranged Door-Door for our Guests.

Other Activities: Akamas Nature Reserve, many archeological sites, water park, go-karting, boat hire at The Harbour also daily fishing trips and coastal trips.

Golf: There are Excellent Full Size Golf Courses Nearby,a short 15-20min drive.

Ski: Troudos Mountains usually during December to Febuary. but Check on Snow Falls First.
