Well located for the marina and Denia's 20 km of blue flag beaches (200m to Las Marinas beach), Marques de Campo shopping area in the town centre (10min walk) and the historical castle over looking the town. World famous 3* Michelin Restaurant within walking distance and a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are also 3 golf courses within 15 minutes drive, theme parks ( 30min drive), the Montgo National Park and vineyards in nearby Jalon. The complex offers secure, video phone entry and parking as well as a gym with sauna, communal pool & children's pool, children's play area, social lounge, Internet room (free access) and WiFi connection available.

This apartment is newly built and exquisitely furnished in a contemporary style with modern appliances and technology, maximizing your comfort and convenience. APARTMENT LAST CHECKED AND UPDATED BY THE OWNERS EASTER 2017.

Segway, quad, paddle board, kayak, fishing, pedalo - are all available for hire (200m) on the seafront.

Marques de Campo is Denia's main Street - has good shopping and a good atmosphere at night as the restaurants spill onto the pavements. The old town around the castle has lots of character and tapas bars.

Marina - is a 20 minutes walk, you can get a taxi in town, great restaurants Republic, Bravo, Zensa Bar. Such a beautiful place to be, and provides international cuisine.

Climate:: Denia has a low allergy climate as well as being voted the healthiest climate by the W.H.O.

NEW - shopping mall on the outskirts of town, it is very popular and offers good shopping, good food, cinema, bowling.

Festivals:: In March the Falles (bonfire festival) celebrate the arrival of Spring with its fun satirical monuments, which are burnt on St. Joseph’s night. Our Lady of the Foresaken Parade in May. There are 4 festivals in June with dancing, open air parties and fancy dress including the Bonfires of St John that announces the Summer with songs and fires on the seashore. July sees the famous Bous a la Mar (Bulls at the sea) celebrated. A unique show, involving Bulls being set loose in the Port, considered to be a Celebration of National Touristic Interest. As a culmination of these celebrations, there are sporting competitions and floats in the street with lights, colour and fireworks. In August Moors y Cristianos (Moors and Christians) pass through the streets of Denia, dressed up with their best clothes. Fun and coloured celebrations dedicated to Sant Roc, which attract visitors from all over the world every year.


Winter in Denia - during the winter we tend to rent the apartment to climbers and cyclist as both sports are hugely popular for the area Climbing and cycling are very social events on weekends in Spain.

About Claire

My name is Claire and I am an accountant in the north of England. My husband Peter and our 3 children aged 20, 9 and 7 love to have holidays here. I bought the apartment off plan in 2004, it completed in 2006 and has maintained a steady and healthy rental business ever since. Our aim is to provide an apartment that we would like to stay in ourselves. We understand the need to update and reinvest to maintain the standard now expected by our many returning guests. Why Claire chose Dénia

Because of the quality of the build and the fittings, and also because of its location. there is so much to see in the town which is always evolving and improving, and is still very spanish. There is even more to do if you are prepared to travel for an hour. We have been to Denia about 10 times and there is so much to see and do that we haven't explored hardly any of it yet. We caught the end of the Running of the Bulls festival on our last visit, amazing!

What makes this apartment unique

We love everything about our apartment, its view into town and towards the sea. Our balcony is the perfect spot for watching the fireworks that they let off at the port at the end of festivals! We are not overlooking the pool so I think we get more privacy which suits us. We also like the fact that people stay by the pool until 11pm at night, there is always people around, though never too many, and we like the range of nationalities the apartments attract.

Our aim has been to provide somewhere we would want to stay ourselves. We do regular checks on the apartment and continuously update the decoration, linen, electrical items, kitchen ware etc to maintain the standard we have set. This apartment has been very popular with French families as well as our international customers in Russia and North America.

Location great for shops, restaurants, beach, easy access to motorway for days out 40 mins Benidorm. 1.5 hours Alicante. Lovely bars at Javea, only 15 mins by car. The apartment is a real home from home. Very comfortable. Nice pool. Thank you.

Very nice, well maintained

Overall experience was brilliant, Claire had quick and helpful responses, apartment was well equipped, could maybe do with anew table outside as it was very wobbly, also bulb went in the shower room but that can't be helped, lovely grounds and pool, close to all amenitys, very enjoyable

Quiet pleasant location

Complex very well located, close to many local conveniences, but yet quiet and pretty out of town feel too. Apartment well cared for, good range of appliances, friendly lady Alex welcomed us and ran through the essential need to knows. Car park fine art to navigate but this is building design not anything owner related, very tight spaces. Pre visit information very precise and additional info about area very useful, granddaughters first holiday age 5 month, apartment very well suited and equipped for her too. Great stay, hopefully will stay again.

Absolutely great holiday and apartment.

The apartment was great, roomy and comfortable. Ideal for a party of 4 adults or a family. Air conditioning in main living area and master ensuite made the unusually high temperature bearable. A 15 min walk to town and really good supermarket just 5 mind away. For those who want to home TV channels and Wi-Fi then you should check out alternatives as there is only a communal hot-spot at reception and the apartment TV has only local channels. However for us the break from all that technology was welcome. There is a dvd player with some dvd and some basic play equipment. The apartment in general is really well appointed and equipped. I have nothing bad to say about it. Will definitely consider it again if we return to Denia in future.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful town

Booking with Claire was simple and she is prompt in replying to emails. She provided useful maps and information about the area and everything ran smoothly

The apartment is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. The Elegance complex itself is very clean and secure and pool in particular is lovely

We liked the location of the complex and its proximity to the beach, port and restaurants. It was our first time in Denia and we didn't hire a car. We took our 4 year old and even he was fine with the walking distance of the beach, castle, restaurants etc. The El Raset beach is beautiful and there are so many amazing restaurants in the area. We would definitely like to visit again in the future, and would not hesitate to stay in this apartment

Sur la côte, DENIA est un endroit idéal pour passer une semaine en famille. Calme, avec pleins d'endroits pour bien manger (tester les paëllas ou fideua chez FEDERICO = pas les moins cher mais ....). La résidence Elégance est très bien située : 2 accès à la mer à moins de 5mn et idem pour le centre de DENIA. Piscine très sympa ; salle de sport correcte, sauna et connexion WIFI nickel. L'appartement est bien meublé, rien ne manque. Donner côté arrière évite les bruits côté piscine. (Peu de passage sur la rue). Parking également ok. Accueil par Larry = super sympa. Et les échange avec le propriétaire (Claire) toujours rapide et prévis. En résumé, un très bon rapport qualité / prix. Bons souvenirs de DENIA

Owner's Response: Translated as "On the coast, DENIA, is an ideal place to spend a week with family. Calm, with plenty of places for good eating (test the paellas or fideuà in FEDERICO = not the cheapest but....). The elegant residence is very well located: access to the sea less than 5 minutes and Ditto for the centre of DENIA. Very nice swimming pool; correct Sports Hall, sauna and WIFI connection. The apartment is well furnished, nothing missing. Being positioned facing out the back of the complex it avoids the noise from the swimming pool. (Apartment faces little street). Parking also ok. Welcomed by Larry = he is super nice. The Exchange was always fast with (Claire) owner and with much notice. In summary, we report very good quality / price. Memories of DENIA" Thank you for such wonderful comments about our apartment and your holiday in Denia. Denia is a cosmopolitan town on the coast, midway between Valencia and Alicante which both have international airports. The town is linked by the N-332 and the A-7 motorway. The port offers daily sea voyages to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca and Formentera.

Sea fishing is available and there is a daily fresh fish market. The town and surrounding villages offer much history, firstly as a Roman settlement then as the capital of an Arabic kingdom. The beautiful beaches and coves stretch for 20 km, Las Marinas has a gently sloping beach which is ideal for families. South from there is Les Rotes which is more rocky and ideal for scuba diving.

The town offers an abundance of sports and activities. Although a tourist destination, so far Denia has escaped the package tours. Evenings are spent relaxing in the many traditional and international restaurants and cafes that the town has to offer or heading down to the Marina Village.

Other Activities: Climbing, scuba diving & kitesurfing.

Golf: There are four courses within 15 min. drive: La Sella Golf in Denia and Oliva Golf which are both 18 holes, and two local nine hole courses at Javea and Ifach. there are a further four courses within 30 minutes. you could also get the high speed ferry to Ibiza and play there.
