Super ocean view!

Typical hotel/mini kitchen. Well equipped! The view! Owner was very responsive and the hotel is a cool place to stay: fyi: there tends to be elevator issues! Highly recommend!

A very happy stay!

I learned when I was young, always to leave things better than you found them. Well, I couldn't really find anything, so I left some puzzles. I take some tools to make repairs, but I didn't find anything to fix. I can't say enough good about the property and Maria. We had great communication and the condo was perfect. The condo was super-well-equipped with just about anything you can imagine you'd need. The beds were very comfortable and I slept better than I have in a long time. I'd go back next year, but it was already spoken for. Thanks for a great stay, Maria. :)

The owner, Maria was very accessible if I needed anything.

I loved my stay in Maria’s unit. She left everything one needs to cook your meals in the unit. She left a new pancake mix, brown sugar, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, toilet paper for the 2 month stay.

Our stay at Sunny Isles Beach was not only in a very comfortable room with the best view; with access to both its own swimming pool as well as beach access, a bar, pool food, a coffee shop, and a pizza shop, it is very centrally located between the suburbs and downtown. Definately would stay at Sunny Isles Beach again!!
