Come and enjoy your own private pool. A short walk or 2 min drive to Brucker beach.
A small beach on lake Michigan.

The house is very well maintained and fully furnished for a well relaxing vacation. There are 3 bedrooms 1st bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd Queen and 3rd bedroom full size bunk bed. Front room has a full size queen sleeper couch.
The family room has 2 full size leather couch's.
Washer and dryer, just off the kitchen.
Internet, Two TV.

The kitchen is updated with granite and stainless steel appliance.
Long drive way with Basketball net.

Best of all in the in ground heated pool. This is private to our home and is professionally maintained.

Excellent vacation spot

The plan was to find a relaxing spot close to downtown Grand Haven and to have an opportunity to make use of a swimming pool for four children and four adults. This house provided us exactly with what we were looking for. We cooked and barbecued a fair bit during our stay, and the house contained all the necessary equipment (pots, pans, cutlery, cups, etc) and was well stocked and well organized. Because of a storm that had taken place the previous week in Grand Haven, the gazebo roof had been blown away and was not available when we arrived. However, the owners obtained it and fixed it a few days afterwards and we spent many relaxing hours in the shade. In short, an excellent spot for families with young children or people simply looking to get some r&r and to swim in a nice-sized, warm, swimming pool. We'd be happy to return here on our next visit to Grand Haven.

Perfect spot

Perfect spot for family! Kids loved the pool! Private yard and quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, town, restaurants. Our 2nd stay here and likely will return again.

The most relaxing family vacation!

There is something for everyone here! Swimming pool or beach they have you covered. Close to downtown or everything you need to never leave. It was perfect.

Grand Haven Summer 2023

This is the second time staying here. Convenient to a public access (short walk) and to most things in Grand Haven maybe a 10 minute drive. Overall a great location for a family vacation.

Excellent place to stay!

Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The house is clean, with plenty of space and has everything you need. The pool is fantastic!! We love watching sunsets at the private beach up the street. We have enjoyed renting this vacation home several times over the years.. Susan is great to work with and always so helpful with any questions.

I am a frequent traveler and use VRBO myself, I am a biker,hiker and thoroughly enjoy sailing and jet skiing.

Why they chose this property

My Grandfather had been coming to Grand Haven since 1912. He passed at the early age of 100 in 2004. He built a grand summer home on lake Michigan in 1943 and the family continued to add on to the house until 1990's. With 9 grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren. The house started to become to small for all of my relatives. So in 2014, my family and my sisters family decided to buy our own home a block away from my Grandfathers.

What makes this property unique

My family and I enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We also enjoy heading to Rosy Mound and hiking the trails. We also enjoy heading into town to the little shops. We especially like going to the Pump House for some frozen yogurt. We purchased this house especially since the Michigan water is usually cold in the month of June and by having a heated pool you can enjoy the pool every day.
