Quality services for this pretty "Yucca" villa where life revolves around the large private infinity pool, plunge pool, counter-current swimming (14mX8m) and the summer kitchen.
Neat, pleasant and modern decoration.
Very friendly atmosphere around the "Yucca bar", suitable for aperitifs and extended parties .....
You will appreciate the hammam for a little moment of relaxation.

The 4 bedrooms of the villa are spacious, 2 of them have their en-suite bathroom. A small independent studio with direct access to the villa's garden is part of the rental. It has 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) with shower room, kitchen / living room and terrace.
One of the 4 bathrooms has 2 showers.
6 single beds, on the dormitory mezzanine.

At 300m, you walk to the white sandy beach of Pinarello, lined with umbrella bread.
Yucca is 700m from the marine village of Pinarello, where you will appreciate the restaurants / ice cream parlors "feet in the water" with a view of the bay.

Rental possible for 16 people with an annex studio, thus allowing accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo mitigeuse ! Un grand atout c'est l'indépendance au niveau des salles de bain et WC Une villa idéal pour les vacances d'été pour profiter un maximum des installations d'extérieur et également d'une très belle plage a 5minutes a pied

Très agréable séjour dans une villa haut de gamme

Très bon accueil avec une excellente réactivité. Nous étions une famille de 15 et nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle villa au calme et très bien aménagée. Nous avons trouvé tout le confort souhaité. Située dans un très beau jardin à proximité de la mer. La magnifique piscine a fait le bonheur des petits et grands

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Mega Pool!

Wir verbrachten schöne Tage in der Villa Yuka. Wir waren 4 Kinder im Alter von 4 bis 9 und sieben Erwachsene. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm und bei einem Stromausfall wurde uns sofort geholfen. Vorab mussten wir eine Kaution überweisen, die bereits kurz nach unserem Aufenthalt wieder zurück überwiesen wurde. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am wunderschönen Strand von Pinarellu. Dort ist das Wasser sehr flach und somit optimal für Kinder. Im Hintergrund hat man das tolle Bergpanorama des Bavella Massivs. Anfang September glich die Wassertemperatur einer Badewanne, da sich das Flachwasser schnell aufheizt. Ein Traum! Man will gar nicht mehr raus. Im kleinen Ortskern von Pinarellu gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants. Nun zum Haus: Es gibt eine große Außenküche mit Grill, Plancha und Pizzaofen, jede Menge Kühlschränke, Gefrierschrank und Spülmaschinen. Der Essplatz im Außenbereich ist sehr groß. Somit finden alle an einem Tisch Platz. Sehr gut haben uns auch die vielen Sonnenliegen um den Pool zum relaxen gefallen. Im Haupthaus befindet sich: - Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer und Küche - Ein großes Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett groß) mit angeschlossenem Bad und separater Toilette - Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (ca. 1,60m breit) mit angeschlossenem Bad - Empore mit 6 Betten (Hier ist es ziemlich nieder). Vier der sechs Betten sind eigentlich nur sehr eingeschränkt für Erwachsene nutzbar. Die Empore ist zum Wohnzimmer nicht abgeschlossen (somit kein Schallschutz/hellhörig) und über eine etwas steilere Treppe gut erreichbar. - Im EG gibt es ein weiteres Badezimmer mit zwei Duschen und einem extra WC. Diese Badezimmer haben wir der Empore zugeordnet. Es gibt auch noch ein angrenzendes separates WC, welches auch vom Außenessplatz erreichbar ist. Dieses WC haben wir gemeinschaftlich benutzt, da es von außen gut zu erreichen ist. Im ersten Stock des Hauthauses befindet sich: - Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett - Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett - Ein Bad Der erste Stock ist nur über eine Außentreppe von der Rückseite aus erreichbar und bietet somit viel Privatsphäre. Daneben gibt es noch ein weites kleines Häuschen mit Doppelbett, Wohnbereich mit eigener Küche und Badezimmer. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein Dampfbad in einem kleinen Nebengebäude mit Fitnessraum. Die Fitnessgeräte sind in einem schlechten Zustand und wurden von uns nicht genutzt. Wir können die Villa Yuka uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cette propriété est très adaptée pour 16 personnes (8 adultes et 8 enfants).Chacun à son espace privé et les espaces communs sont très bien pensé et fonctionnels.Nous avons passé d 'excellents moments autour de la grande table de la cuisine d'été (très bien équipée)et petits et grands ont bien profité de l'immense piscine .Les photos et descriptifs sont conforme à la villa .Des vacances inoubliables ,un grand merci à Nathalie et Marylène pour leur accueil.
