Gem Apartment

This was a great place to stay in the busy heart of Rome. The location is fantastic being smack in the middle between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Most sites we were seeing could be easily walked to in under 30 mins. The apartment is clean, bright with a fully appointed kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the windows are well insulated which keeps the street noise away. It was a pleasure to deal with Flavio. Any questions or concerns, quickly answered and he provided us with some fantastic travellers' notes as well. A perfect place to stay in Rome! Thank you so much Flavio :-)

Very convenient, efficient apartment for a visit to Rome

If you stay in central Rome you make a trade off between convenience and tranquility. For us it was important to be able to walk to almost everything and this apartment made that possible. And although you will hear some crowd noise with the windows open, the apartment was nonetheless a lovely refuge for us to come home to each evening. There are places to eat steps away and a good grocery store about 5 minutes walk. The kitchen was cozy and efficient and well equipped. We could come home midday to rest before visiting another area of Rome if we needed to. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful; we had confidence we could reach him any time. The king size bed is very comfortable and the rooms have high ceilings and tall windows. The washing machine allowed us to really pack light. We stayed 10 days and were very happy with our choice. It enhanced our stay in Rome as no hotel could have. Perfect for a couple, and we are both seniors.

Great location and clean apartment!!

Flavio’s property in Rome was perfect for our stay in Rome. Close to a lot of the main attractions, including San Ignasio church just behind the building. AC was great and all the convenience of a well set up property. Owner was very accommodating and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend for a couple to stay in the heart of the eternal city.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location.

The apartment is beautiful and well furnished with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Flavio, the owner, is super helpful and communicative. He sent perfect instructions and helpful suggestions for dining and sightseeing. We loved our time in Rome, and would return to this property on our next visit!
