Fantastic Home - Highly Recommend

The property owner, Karen, and the property manager, Michelle, are fantastic. Their attentiveness and kindness surpass none. The house is wonderful and perfect for a family gathering... the kitchen is large, the movie room has ample seating and a massage chair, the karaoke in the barn was so fun, the floors were heated, and the hot tub is wonderful. This house is one of the best short-term rentals we have ever stayed in!

Perfect family vacation/celebration

If you have the chance, stay here. The owners are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Between their hospitality and their beautiful home (with something for everyone to do), we had an amazing family weekend celebrating my son's graduation from Cal Poly.

Amazing location

This property was beyond what we imagined. It was so spacious and there were so many things to do. My kids were in the pool all day and it was nice that it was heated. Also, we enjoyed all the animals on the property. My girls loved petting and feeding the horses and there were two peacocks roaming around on the property too. The neighborhood was quite and the location was ideal. Not too far from SLO or Pismo. Overall, my entire party enjoyed our stay and we look forward to staying here again. Thank you Karen for the prompt responses and for the hospitality. We greatly appreciate it!

Fun Family Getaway

When family vacation plans to Hawaii fell through, we needed a new place to stay and fast! We were lucky to find this Santa Margarita Ranch available. Karen responded quickly and we were able to reserve her beautiful home. It had all the amenities we were looking for and much more! The salt water pool was the perfect temperature and very relaxing. The large kitchen made it easy to prepare food and the double dishwashers helped with clean up. The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family, so no one has to fight for space. One downside is that the dining table only seats 8, but the house sleeps 14. So, if you want everyone to fit at the table together, you'll have to squish. We had some people sit at the breakfast bar. The neighborhood is very quiet, and since the house is away from the city, it made for some amazing stargazing. It was a bummer that we missed the Neowise comet by only a couple days. I could go on and on about all the cool things my family got to do during our short stay. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this house to families looking for a place to host everyone together.
