About this property

Just 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 20 minutes from Sea World, lies the peaceful oasis of Cumbrian Lakes, a gated community set around four lakes and surrounded by its own conservation woodland area plus a play area for young children.

My well-equipped, spacious home here, with its private pool and spa, forms the perfect base from which to enjoy all that central Florida has to offer, whilst providing a peaceful retreat in which to recharge the batteries after all the excitement.

There is a lovely master suite, a second double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and Three full bathrooms. The comfortable open plan living room boasts dining facilities, sofas and a 32' TV.

Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms.
A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a separate laundry area completes the accommodation.

Outside there is a fully screened pool deck with a private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated if required. There are sunloungers, a dining table and chairs. The pool area can be lit in the evenings and a ceiling fan provides a welcome breeze.

The restaurants and shops of the 192 are five minutes away, with a great selection of championship golf courses and shopping malls within 30 minutes drive. A little further afield are places such as the Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.

Great Villa

This is the second time we have stayed at this Villa and there will be a third time soon It has been refurbished since we last stayed and is now lightly coloured and well finished It offers all that a family will require and is let by a very helpful Lady who is always readily available to answer and help with any queries Thanks once again

Beautiful villa in great location

Just arrived home from a wonderful stay at villa serena. It had just had a makeover so was even better then we had expected. Located in a clean and quiet gated community close to attractions, restaurants and shops. The pool was fab we made use of it every morning/evening. Pool heat was not needed as was lovely to just cool down. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Communication with the owner was good and she was very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return in the future.

Loved it

We had a great week! Everything was as described clean, and great location. I have already recommended it to a friend. The only suggestion I have is that the listing should let everyone clearly know that the pool guy comes around every morning. We found out when we went out one morning and someone had put the hose in the pool while we were sleeping, however I only saw him once. Having 3 daughter’s I just would have liked the heads up.

The perfect vacation!

My family and I booked a 2 week stay to explore the Orlando area, and the Disney Parks. The parks were always less than half hour drive to the parking gate. Depending on arrival time, from the Park gate to parking can vary greatly. When we left an hour before the parks opened, we never missed a rope drop. On arrival, the house was PERFECT! It was very clean, the temp was set, and the pool was warm!! During our entire stay, I did not have a single issue that was related to the house. 5-stars is the lowest rating I could possible give! The property manager was very kind and quick to respond. The check-in process was simple. All of the documentation posted around the interior of the house made it very easy to understand all the procedures. If I had to complain about anything, it would be dealing with traffic at the entrance of Cumbrian Estates. It proved to be challenging when entering and exiting the property on a 55mph highway. Especially when school was starting, or letting out, when traffic got heavy. Once inside the gates, all was well!. This is in no way a problem. Not an issue that can be corrected by the property managers. I've booked many Orlando area houses in the past, but this is the first time that I will be looking to book this specific house AGAIN on our next visit. It was the best experience we've had. VRBO has proven to be a much more effective booking service than the others. Thank you so much for everything, and for the memories!
