Exceptionally well-furnished and equipped holiday villa near unspoilt fishing port of Le Lavandou in the hills at the back of the town facing the picturesque hill village of Bormes les Mimosas. With adjacent parking the lounge and main bedroom have French doors onto a secluded patio area surrounded by oleanders and mimosas with sun and shade. The high-ceilinged rooms have ceiling fans and electric heaters for all year round use with air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. An abundance of sandy beaches within a very short distance offering varied watersports and opposite 3 beautiful islands reached by local ferry boat. Many attractive bars, restaurants and delicatessens (near the port or in attractive pedestrianised areas with several fountains) all offering mouth-watering meals and takeaways. Notes:
The villa has 2 comfortable double sofabeds in lounge, electric heaters, ceiling fans, air-conditioning lounge, year round use. Outside are 3 patio tables, garden umbrella, 11 chairs, 2 reclining chairs and 2 full length sunbeds and a rotary drier. A travel cot is available. There is an electric barbecue for use inside or out and a drinks fridge on the patio area. The communal swimming pool and babies pool are available from June to the end of September. There is TV , about 146 videos, DVD player and a large selection of books. Changeover day is Saturday in main season but can be more flexible at other times. The villa is on one level as is the patio, although there are 2 steps up to the villa entrance. There is ample parking space. It is on a private Domaine with security barrier, Bureau with English speaking staff and a restaurant open in main season. It is exceptionally well-equipped including cleaning equipment.
