Beautiful Denia holiday villa with 2 bathrooms, 2 doubles & 1 twin bedrooms

Exceptionally located beautiful villa in a peaceful private avenue set just a stroll from Denia's wonderful long sandy beaches, many quality restaurants/bars and supermarket. The villa's tropical gardens have 2 lawned areas and are dotted with palm trees, cacti/succulents, jasmine and bougainvillea which bloom in blazes of colour. The large pool has a special setting, with steps into the shallow end and considerable depth at the other. The attractive covered naya terrace is complete with large rattan chairs and table for dining. There are further terraces with sun loungers, tables, chairs and seating around the pool and gardens, including a roof terrace with fantastic views across the whole area, perfect for that early evening sunset cocktail. All terraces have great views of the Montgo mountain rising in the background. The lovely semi-circular lounge is full of Spanish character and has leather suite, Sky TV(English channels)/DVD/HiFi and there is free WIFI at the villa. The fully equipped kitchen includes breakfast bar. We have many repeat guests.

At Oasis villa we offer exceptional flexibility as we take bookings for any length of nights starting on any day of the week, providing there is a minimum 7 nights (14 in Winter), however the majority of bookings are for 10-14 nights and nearly all peak season bookings are for 2 weeks.

Out and about: Take a leisurely trip to the Jalon Valley and stop for lunch at one of the many Spanish villages, or visit the area's coastal headlands for wonderful views, sheltered coves, fishing and snorkelling. If you're active, you may want to climb Montgo mountain. For families looking for activities beyond the beaches and the pool there is a Safari Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia Water Park, all within 30-45 minutes drive from the villa. For golfers, there's a rich selection of courses nearby including the renowned La Sella course only 10 minutes drive away, plus large clubs at Javea and Calpe. Denia's Tennis Club is only 2 minutes away. Try horse-riding or biking through the orange groves nearby. And of course there are all the beach sports to hand: volleyball, jet skis, diving, snorkelling, boating, windsurfing and quad biking. Guide/Restaurants/Bars: There is a comprehensive Guest Manual at the villa covering everything you need to know for your stay at our villa, 'Oasis'. We've devoted a section to getting out-and-about in the area, and another covers many of the local restaurants and bars. There are literally hundreds of restaurants in and around Denia, ranging from very exclusive ones, to excellent good-value establishments, to traditional tapas bars, to those suitable for families. As well as the harbour area bars and beach bars, Denia has a number of up-market, late night bars for groups and couples both in town and in the new marina.

There can be few villas for rent in the whole Costa Blanca region offering our special location. Many bars & restaurants only a short walk away are themselves some of the best around; and along the beach within walking distance are cafes, ice-cream parlours, chemist, and bars/restaurants perfect for families to relax while the children play on the sand.

Fiestas: Denia's claim to fame is having the most fiestas in Spain. We hope you'll be lucky to catch one, whether its bull-running or one of the many processions through the town's main streets. Check with the Tourist Information Office.

Rental prices include electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, bedding and bed linen, towels (except pool/beach towels) and all the normally required crockery/pans/glasses/cutlery etc for dining and for the kitchen. We also supply some tea/coffee/sugar/milk/water/condiments/cleaning products to help new arrivals get started. The owner pays for the pool and gardens to be maintained weekly. Cheap airlines' flight prices are significantly higher at weekends. Consequently, most of our guests, particularly those returning for a second or third time, request midweek to midweek rentals. Most of our bookings are therefore based on midweek arrivals and departures, but we are completely flexible.

Excellent villa for a family with young children

A fab villa with everything we needed and the walled and gated grounds meant that we felt perfectly safe with our 3 young boys. The gardens were beautiful and maintained to a high standard. The boys were extremely pleased to find the cupboards full of games and the outside pool storage area full of inflatables and buckets and spades for the beach. Our week's stay here really felt like a home from home and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa

We have just returned from a blissful 2 week stay. The villa is in a perfect location. As a family we have never returned to any villas that we have stayed in before, Oasis is the exception as we will definitely be going back!

Don't tell everyone how good it is!!!!!

Awful - the villa is now booked up until 2016 - we are not going to say how good is was because we would like a chance to go back one day without a two year waiting list! Therefore, please keep this villa and location a secret!! The charming owner Mike will however be appearing on Gardeners World soon demonstrating Bougainvillea care as he is quite the expert as the villa proudly displays.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed at this villa for one week and had an amazing holiday. The villa itself had everything you could wish for and was furnished throughout to a very high standard. The pool was a good size and the children spent all holiday in there! There were plenty of sitting areas throughout the garden so it was always possible to find sun or shade and a quiet spot. The beach and several good bars and restaurants were within a short stroll while Denia is a short drive away (probably about a 20 min walk). All information provided by Mike was spot on (directions etc) and he was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to go back ourselves very soon.

Great family holiday accommodation and location

We, my wife and two children had a great holiday this year with my wife's parents too.

The location is great as you can walk to a choice of beaches two streets away. There you can play on the beach or walk for miles. There are many bars and restaurants along the way to choose from. If you don't want to go too far there are a group of shops including a supermarket within five minutes walk. Good for a few beers at night also as close by. The supermarket has all you need too with fresh bread, meals, cheap beer and all the usual toiletries etc.

The villa is excellent with three bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for a larger group allowing a bathroom each. The villa is set up very well to sit out and watch the kids by the pool or running around in the garden. As the villa is gated and locked when you shut it a good sense of security although still have to watch the kids for the pool.

There is plenty to do in the area with Denia not too far away by car or taxi. Day trips can include water parks, safaris, train journeys through the mountains or go to nearby places including more Spanish style resorts or Benidorm.

The owners Mike and isobel are very informative and friendly with great communication answered very promptly to keep you up to date and offer advice should it be needed which was great.

We had a great time and the kids (two and four) loved it taking the holiday at our pace. Very relaxing and comfortable place to be and we will be trying to book again soon.

Beautiful location and very clean and comfortable villa ..really is a 'home from home' with everything thought of for a prefect break.. 3rd visit and definitely not the last! Denia is a beautiful typically Spanish coastal town situated between Valencia and Alicante, and is made picturesque by its setting at the base of Montgo mountain, with its own 'ramblas' style main street, castle and quaint old town opposite the harbour. In contrast to much of Spain, the area has a lush feel to it due to the orange groves that surround the town. Frequently quoted as having the most ideal climate in Europe, with pleasant cool sea-breezes during Summer afternoons, it has a thriving fishing port, boat trips along the coast and daily ferries to Ibiza/Majorca. During summer evenings the harbour area restaurants buzz and there is a nightly street market. There are many excellent quality shops and some of the best of the area's hundreds of restaurants are at the new marina. One of the joys all year round is taking a long stroll from the villa down the beach to Denia harbour. This golden sandy beach retains an unspoilt nature, is ideal for children, and sunsets can be spectacular.

Departure time is normally 10.00am and arrival time 4.00pm to allow for cleaning, washing and preparation inside and out for new arrivals. To cover these costs there is a one-off charge per rental (irrespective of length) of 130 euros (£110) per rental. In low season weeks, winter utilities are charged as used, however special rental rates are available for the villa for longer lets in low season........email us for details.

A 25% deposit is payable to secure the reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with a refundable £400 (€460) damages deposit which is refundable normally 2-3 days after departure. Renters are responsible for organising their own personal travel insurance to cover cancellation, injury, loss, damage etc. Renters cannot re-let or sublet to any other party.

  • Adjoining the lounge is a separate conservatory with sofa and table/chairs, perfect for relaxation and dining in cooler months. All accommodation is on one level with cool white tiled flooring. There is an enclosed outside shower and the built-in BBQ area has its own chimney, stone/marble table and seats. We include iron/board, hair-dryer, sunbeds, parasol, pool/beach toys, garden/board games and books for our guests' use. High chair, cot and pushchair buggy can also be arranged by advanced request. There is night lighting to the pool and palms to create a tropical ambiance for evening dining and swimming. There is unrestricted parking outside. Families with small children will love the security of the property's enclosed walled gardens around the villa. Winter lets can have log fires.
