The apartment is located in Chapter 4. Floor of a house of 1906 at the Berlin-Spandau navigation canal. It is bright and faces the quiet courtyard.

Along the canal also runs the Berlin-Copenhagen Cycle Route. Bikers are welcome. The farm is a safe place for your bikes.

Our apartment is suitable for up to two adults and one child. It has a combined living and bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Something very special is the small sauna! The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Please do not bring any pets.

The perfect apartment for my stay!

Christian was the most delightful host, always happy to help if I needed something! The area is a three minute walk from a metro station and has nearby bus stops that go to the train station, and as a young solo female traveller I felt completely safe in the neighbourhood. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed - if you’re planning to stay in Berlin, I would definitely recommend you stay here!

Perfect base to explore Berlin

The apartment was clean and provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The area is trendy and quiet with lots of nice shops and places to eat. Close to the train station its easy to walk or train to the sights of Berlin. It’s also perfect for staying in and enjoying a lazy morning/afternoon. I’d highly recomend

Peaceful and friendly Berlin area

We really loved the apartment. Everything was provided for our needs - even a little welcome basket. The five flights of stairs may be difficult for some but we weren't too bothered. Only one local shop but with most of what you need. Easy access to metro. Helpful owners. Would stay again.

Amazing appartment

The appartment itself is amazing, and it is close to the cityr center, only 30 min by U-Bahn. The only downside was that it is on the fourth floor and no elevator, but otherwise very nice.
