About this property

The apartment is located in a quiet little side street and is only a 5-minute walk from the center of Kas. A parking space is available.

It consists of living room with open kitchen, bedroom, shower / toilet, satellite TV and air conditioning, is 45 square meters and tastefully decorated. The fitted kitchen has a fridge incl. Freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher as well as dishes and cutlery for 4 people. A coffee machine and a kettle are available. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

The approx. 50 sqm terrace with sea view and simultaneous mountain panorama offers plenty of space to relax. It is only 100 meters to the sea. Here, guests who do not want to prepare their own breakfast can have a wonderful breakfast right on the water.

It is only 5 minutes to the vibrant town center, the busy harbor, the numerous restaurants and the shopping streets.

schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir waren Mitte August 2014 für 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Küyük Cakil und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat ca. 45qm, was voll und ganz ausreichend ist, da wir uns hauptsächlich auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Pergola auf den 2 Liegen und dem Tisch mit 4 Stühlen aufgehalten haben. Die Klimaanlage, die in der Küche/Wohnessbereich angebracht ist, ist für die Größe der Wohnung absolut in Ordnung! Uns hat es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte für unseren Geschmack besser sein, da wir sehr gerne kochen. Trotzdem sind wir auch mit den zwei Herdplatten, der Mikrowellen-Grillkombination und einem Holzkohlegrill, den wir gekauft und in der Wohnung gelassen haben, ausgekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Sie liegt sehr nah an verschiedenen Schwimmmöglichkeiten und Tauchbasen. Man ist auch schnell im Zentrum/Hafen von Kas. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Eva, die die Wohnung in Kas betreut/verwaltet und uns jederzeit bei Fragen und Problemen zur Verfügung stand!
