About this property

A tip for those people who want to enjoy peace and nature. Stay in a uniquely peaceful and idyllic waterside location. And yet the sandy Baltic Sea beach is easily accessible. The shuttle bus service offered from May to October takes you from the port of Stagnieß to the beach free of charge and back again. Experience the freedom of a holiday home and feel like home.

New holiday home directly by the water on the idyllic natural harbor Stagnieß. You have a unique and unobstructed view of the lake from every room and from the terrace. On 3 floors you will find plenty of space to relax.

Bright living and dining area with high-quality cuisine. The open kitchen is modern equipped with dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, oven, built in microwave and a cooking island with ceramic hob (induction). A wide, beige leather sofa in a modern design ensures optimum comfort. The living area of a modern 48 '' LCD TV and a hi-fi system on a TV Lowboard with atmospheric LED lighting is rounded (color adjustable). A particularly charming square offers a furnished terrace with beach chairs and water views.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. A bedroom with double bed made of solid wood (width 1.80 m). The second bedroom has another bed (width 1.40 m). In developed top floor there are 2 more sleeps available: A single bed (width 1 m) and a bed (width 1.40 m). The loft is also ideally suited as a play den for children. Another full sleeping possibility in the living room by a high-quality single bed.

The house has 2 modern bathrooms, each with floor-level showers. Next to the bathroom on the ground floor is a second bathroom upstairs available.
The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth also uncomfortable days. In all rooms there are tiled floors in a friendly and homely wood design, in the bathrooms large floor tiles in anthracite.

For parking you have a carport on the fenced premises. Due to the generous space in front of the carport, there is a parking for 2 more cars on the plot. Your bikes are covered in the carport.

A wireless Internet access in the house can be booked (surcharge of 2 € per night).

Es hat alles gestimmt und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir, zwei befreundete Ehepaare, waren für 1 Woche in dem Haus. Wir wurden freundlich von den Eigentümern empfangen. Das Haus liegt ideal für Ausflüge und ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es liegt absolut ruhig und kann für eine Erholung nur empfohlen werden. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen,

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine sehr schöne und super modern ausgestattete FeWo, in der es an nichts fehlte. Direkt am kleinen Hafen und dennoch sehr ruhig (jedenfalls zu dieser Jahreszeit). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und es war wirklich alles sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in idyllischer Lage

Unser erster Urlaub auf Usedom hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am Hafen Stagnieß hatten wir stets einen Herrlichen Blick übers Achterwasser und konnten in den bequemen Liegestühlen viele Segelschiffe beobachten und auch die Stille genießen. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns gleich am ersten Abend sehr wohl hier. Auch in der Umgebung gab es viel zu entdecken, wie z.b die Segelschule mit Restaurant im Nachbarhafen oder die Ostsee mit langem weissen Sandstrand nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und mit dem Rad in 5 min erreichbar. Die Radwege entlang der Küste luden uns zu erlebnissreichen Touren ein. Wer sich für eine Bootstour begeistert, dem empfehle ich eine Fahrt übers Achterwasser mit dem Fahrgastschiff direkt ab Hafen Stagnieß. Wir haben eine Mondscheinfahrt in den Sonnenuntergang gemacht begleitet von einem Schifferklavier, eine bleibende Erinnerung. Werden dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns nochmal für den schönen Urlaub.

Gelungener Urlaub in der Kapitänsresidenz

Unser Urlaub in der Kapitänsresidenz hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und die Lage am Wasser ist wirklich einmalig. Der Hafen Stagnieß hat schon Atmosphäre. Wir haben noch selten so einen schönen Urlaubsplatz gehabt. Ausstattung war top, alles da was man braucht. Die Terrasse mit den Bäderliegen und Grill war super. Wir waren überrascht wie ruhig es am Hafen war. Nachts hört man hier gar nichts mehr. Ansonsten war der Empfang sehr freundlich von den Eigentümern und alles ging reibungslos. Ein guter Tip ist auch der Imbiss gleich um die Ecke. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und wir kommen wieder. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfeheln.
