About this property

Nice apartment on the end floor (2nd Floor) of the house Gorch-Fock-Str. Second Modern, bright and friendly furnished - as a maisonette apartment of approx. 60 sqm and 3 rooms with only 150m distance to the beach. It consists of a living room with an integrated kitchenette with dishwasher (Miele, new 2017), oven, microwave. In the living room with dining table and chairs as well as a couch, two armchairs and furnished balcony to the southwest side. Same level with separate bedroom with two single beds as well as the shower / toilet. The second. Bedroom on the upper floor with double bed and flat screen TV on the wall. Garden area with playground and barbecue area.
From mid-May to mid-September also with a beach chair directly at the reed corner in just 3 minutes from the apartment.
Own parking space in front of the door.

Strandnahe Ferienwohnung - mit Kleinkind nur bedingt zu empfehlen

* tolle Lage, um schnell zum Strand zu kommen; in den Ortskern mit Bäcker etc geht man schon ein paar Minuten * ordentliche und saubere Wohnung (abgesehen von einigen Kochutensilien, die verdreckt waren; was hier über die Dusche geschrieben wurde, können wir nicht bestätigen - die ist wunderbar) * modernisiertes Bad (Achtung: Wasser kommt überall sehr! heiß aus den Hähnen) * Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen (wie große Teile der Einrichtung), aber toll ausgestattet! * Insgesamt gute Preis-Leistung, daher 4**** Aber: - Die Türen zu den Schlafzimmern lassen sich durch den Teppich nicht leise schließen! Für uns mit Kleinkind war das ein echtes Problem. - Der Gurt des Kindersitzes ist kaputt und müsste dringend erneuert werden. - Die Einrichtung ist eine bunte Mischung, im Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten ganz besonders, hier steht zudem ein Staubsauger in der Gegend rum. Insgesamt wirkt dieser Raum wenig gemütlich...

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, für einen Aufenthalt am Timmendorfer Strand wirklich zu empfehlen! Komplett eingerichtete Küche, genügend Platz für vier Personen, modernes Bad und relativ nahe zum langen Sandstrand gelegen. Top!

Erster, aber nicht letzter Urlaub in Timmendorf

Dies war unser erster Urlaub am Timmendorfer Strand und wir kommen defintiv wieder. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar: 2min zum Strand und teotzdem total ruhig. Der riesige Garten mit vielen Schattenplätzen, der Wippe und dem Schaukelgerüst war für die Kinder schln für zwischendurch. Die Aufteilung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung war auch gut. Das einzige, was wir nicht gern mögen, ist Teppichboden, diesen gab es im Flur als auch in den Schlafzimmern. Aber auch dieser war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation vorab mit dem Vermieter war ganz problemlos und sehr nett. Der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus war super, besonders wenn man wäjrend der Hauptsaison vor Ort ist und sieht, wieviel dort los ist. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub für uns Eltern und besonders für die Kinder.

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben auch unseren zweiten Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in toller Lage sehr genossen. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, auch über das involvierte Hotel, und gute Kommunikation. Vielen Dank!
