Apartment 24D is a superb first floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Ocean front property. The apartment is well and comfortably furnished. From the wide balcony overlooking the ocean and promenade lined with palm trees, there are incredible uninterrupted views to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras) and the glorious beach. The owners operate a “no smoking” policy inside the property.

The accommodation is reached via an easy rise staircase to the front door, from where the hallway leads to all rooms. One twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and a further double bedroom share a full bathroom. The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room (walk in shower/WC/basin) has patio doors leading directly onto the balcony from where there are wonderful views.

The well equipped kitchen has full cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, iron and board and all the usual utensils for your party.The good sized lounge/diner has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, Wifi, Smart.

Cassa Penn (is a lovely 3-bed room 2-bath room Ocean Front property in an enviable location overlooking the sea. From the garden overlooking the beach and promenade lined with palm trees, there are to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras). The location could not be better for families and couples alike.

For clients who may not wish to be reliant on a car, the lovely sandy beach and an assortment of restaurants and bars to suit most tastes are literally just a 2-minute stroll away. For the more discerning shopper or an evening out, Lagos with it’s abundance of shops, restaurants and bars sprawling out onto its wonderful cobbled streets can be reached by an 8 minute taxi or bus ride taken from the square.

This ground floor accommodation with approximately 11 steps leading down to the front door which in turn leads into the hall and consists of: Two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes sharing a full bathroom and the master is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and full en-suite shower room (shower enclosure, basin and WC). This master bedroom has patio doors leading to the garden & private pool.

The modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a full cooker, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and all the usual utensils.

The large lounge / dining room has comfortable seating, Apple TV which supplies Netflix Sky News and movie channels There is and a dining table and chairs WIFI. There are patio doors leading to the pool and garden. For winter guests there is a log fire and free standing heaters. From the lounge patio doors lead onto the paved garden.

There is a private “dip pool” (approx. 3.5m x 2.5m x 1.4 deep – shallow part 80cm) with ladder steps leading into, set in a good sized patio garden. There is an assortment of outside furniture for al-fresco dining and sunbathing also a BBQ. Internet.

Merveilleux appartement

Vous voulez passer une semaine magique? Cet appartement est ce qu’il vous faut. Nous avons profiter l’été dernier d’une magnifique terrasse et d’une belle vue à tous les jours. Prendre ses repas en regardant la mer, on n’en peut pas demander mieux. L’appartemnet est très très propre, grand et près de toutes les commodités. La plage est à 2 minutes. Dormir au son des vagues, prendre un café avec le levé du soleil et relaxer avec un verre de vin en fin de journée, c’est le paradis. La petite localité de Luz est très accueillante et moins touristique que le reste de l´Algarve. En voiture, vous pouvez aller facilement découvrir le reste de cette belle région. N’hésitez pas un instant, vous n’en serez pas déçu.

This apartment is what need you. We enjoy the last summer a beautiful terrace and a beautiful view to daily. Take his meals, watching the sea, you can't ask for better. The appartemnet is very very clean, big, and close to all amenities. The beach is 2 minutes. Sleep to the sound of the waves, coffee with the sunrise and relax with a glass of wine, it's heaven. The village of Luz is very welcoming and less touristy than the rest of the Algarve. By car, you can easily explore the rest of this beautiful region. Do not hesitate a moment, you will not be disappointed. Date of arrival 15 July 2017 -

We love this property it has a fantastic view and the walk to the beach and restaurants is just a few minutes

The property was clean and well maintained.

wonderful

Every other year we come back to Luz, and always we stay in this apartment.

Jose, the " manager" is very friendly and easy going, everything is well maintained ( even a new bed now!) and then: the view!!

And on Sunday: Jazz Lunch in the Fortelezza.

Sommer, Sonne, tolle Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr groß. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit. Man hat in Luz eine kleine Strandpromenade und viele Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte. Es ist nicht so überlaufen wie in Lagos. Wir hatten also insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub. Einige Sachen sind aber verbesserungswürdig:

Toilettenpapier nur 1 Rolle (sehr dünnes) pro Toilette für 11 Tage Urlaub und 6 Personen, Waschmaschine braucht bald eine Erneuerung, die Tür fällt bald ab. Zum Schluß hatten wir leider Probleme mit unserer Kaution. Mr. Jose der die Schlüsselübergabe -und rücknahme machte, lief durch die Wohnung und suchte irgend etwas (so kam es uns jedenfalls vor) was er von der Kaution abziehen könnte. Und er fand auch etwas, unsere Handtücher waren zu schmutzig. Wir waren wandern auf rot-braunen Boden über die Klippen und hatten beim duschen nicht genug geschruppt, so das ein paar Flecke entstanden. Aus unseren eigenen Handtüchern sind die Flecke rausgegangen, aber er sagte die gehen nie wieder raus, er muß neue Handtücher kaufen und zog uns 50 € von der Kaution ab. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne

Love this place

The apartment has good size rooms and good facilities but the view is just fantastic

It's an easy walk to the beach and restaurants and the supermarket is only about 5 minutes walk

Luz is a relaxing place with a great beach and very friendly people

Perfect serring

Enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks with the family in this very comfortable apartment. 4 adults and a toddler had more than enough room, the outside space was great and my little grandson loved the pool. Easy access to shops and restaurants and of course to he beach. The apartment provided everything we needed including the most wonderful views. Cant wait to return.
