Fabulous south facing apartment, situated on a hillside within a beautiful, private domain. This bright, modern apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, one with access to a separate shower room and WC. There is a separate, high spec kitchen, with top quality appliances and a light and spacious lounge, ideal for relaxing and dining. All rooms have direct access onto the large terrace, with beautiful views over the Esterel hills and Riviera Golf. There is access to a pool, as well as the exclusive resident’s club, which provides a further luxury pool, tennis courts, gym etc, available for a daily fee. An excellent base for exploring the Riviera, both coastal resorts and inland historic villages, as well as easy access to other attractions such as superb golf courses, water sports, ski resorts, hill walking etc. Nice (and airport) is an easy 30 minute drive; Cannes 15 minutes. Shops, supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, cafes and train station are just 5-10 minutes away.

Leisure Activities: Check out the Tourist Information Office in Mandelieu. They offer a great source of local knowledge and information on all leisure and cultural activities taking place in the area during your stay.

Mandelieu-La Napoule is a popular seaside destination and is a particular favourite for those interested in sailing and water sports, such as water skiing, diving, fishing etc. The town has been awarded the 'France Station Nautique' for the quality of its sailing amenities.

Other leisure activities include walking, mountain biking and horse riding - taking advantage of the many miles of tracks and footpaths through unspoilt mountain landscapes and forests. Paths leading directly into the forest of Le Grand Duc are accessible from the Domain.

Even the largest towns provide something for everyone. In Nice, the Chateau provides some welcome shade, play areas and panoramic views along the coast. In the Old Town, make a detour for the best ice cream on the Riviera - Fenocchio, at Place Rossetti - can't be beaten!

This has been such a wonderful week at this nice and clean apartment ! It really felt like home. We loved to sit at the large table on the large terrace while eating our breakfast, lunch or dinner and to enjoy the warmth of the sun, to read a book or just to enjoy the great view in this quiet and peaceful surrounding. Also we were pleased to use a pool, which can be reached within walking distance. Everything was cared for - from the beginning to the end of our stay. Thank you to Jo & Cliff. It has been nice to communicate via E-Mail with each other.

We had the opportunity to park our car in the garage which was great. From there we could visit Mandelieu La Napoule, surely Cannes and just go, where ever we felt like, knowing, that if we would return at the end of the day, we could relax again. At night we could watch TV and some DVD's or play Scrabble, which was offered at the apartment.

Since we have stayed our first week of our holiday in Nice in the middle of the City, we were really happy to enjoy the second week to unwind in this apartment.

The apartment was even better than we had hoped! Spotless, lovely modern furnishing, had everything we needed, including really useful leaflets/ maps/ tourist info etc. Beautiful views, a very safe gated domaine. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again. (You do need a car though). Excellent! We stayed there summer 2008

Great apartment, great week !

This apartment did not disappoint. It did what it said on the tin! Gorgeous views, very quiet, welll appointed and cared for. A comfortable, quality property. The owners have taken time to ensure everything is in place for a stressfree, enjoyable stay. Would recommend this to friends, though a car is essential. Personally, I thought the rental was good value for money and would definitely repeat the week if the price remains the same next year.

  • The domain provides a secure environment with 24 hour on site security and videophone entry to the apartment. There is parking for one car in the underground garage, as well as further parking around the domain. The large terrace provides a great space for relaxing and dining. We are happy for guests to smoke on the terrace but would request that guests do not smoke inside the apartment. All the rooms are furnished in a modern style and to a high standard, the main bedroom having a king size bed. We have a meet and greet service provided locally by our agent and can arrange, at extra cost, collection from the airport, welcome hamper, etc. Please discuss your requirements with us when booking.
