Facing the sea and perfectly located on Cannes' famous boulevard de la Croisette, near the exclusive Hotel Martinez, our luxury apartment has everything for a perfect holiday. It is also ideal for conference delegates with LCD televisions in every room, and internet access.

Open the gate of the property and you are in the 50 m² private, safe, decked garden with its palm tree, spa, garden furniture and barbecue. Open the large sliding doors of the modern living room and the garden becomes an extension to the living room. It is THE perfect place for entertaining your family, friends or colleagues. THE SPA IS HEATED FROM APRIL TILL END OF OCTOBER.

In the apartment the double bedroom has an ensuite showerroom, the smaller twin bedroom has a separate showerroom which can be used by guests sleeping on the bed-settee. It has electric shutters. The sunny living room with its fully equipped american kitchen allows ample space for entertaining. All rooms are air-conditioned offering a relaxing alternative to 5* hotels.

Skiing: Slightly left-field, Cannes is a surprisingly good base for skiing in the Maritime-Alps resorts of Isola 2000, Auron and their neighbours.

Golf: Excellently located for golf with more than 5 golf courses within a few kilometres.

There are playgrounds and carousels for younger children next to the rose garden, nearby.

Boutiques, exclusive shops are on your doorstep. The nearest supermarket is less than 500m away.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was exactly as advertised. A good size for four adults with everything we needed. It was being cleaned when we arrived but was ready when we returned from our lunch. Despite speaking little English Maryline explained how everything worked. There was a book full of information only lacking in a map marked with the nearest supermarket which we found by turning left out of the apartment and next left. The hot tub was a nice addition and we had privacy whilst being a few steps away from the vibrant Croisette. Turn right out of the apartment and you can walk to many different restaurants. If you are a seafood fan head for they harbour area near the old town on the number 8 bus if you prefer not to walk. The train station is a 20 minute walk and the train is a great way to get about and visit lots of lovely places. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Cannes. A great holiday!

It was a wonderful experience to stay for 2 weeks at this apartment. The location is perfect in every way. The apartment is modern, has all that you would need and more, TV, video player, Iphone player, fridge dispensing crushed iced (ideal on hot summer days), comfy furniture, BBQ outside, the wonderful hot tub and outside shower, too many things to list. You can cross the street and you're on the beach. You can walk a few steps and you're at the bus station, rail station is not too far, a few hundred meters and you are in front of Hotel Martinez and in the middle of all that Cannes has to offer.

If you close the gates you can have all the privacy you want, if you open it you can just watch the world go by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this apartment and can not wait to be back. Josette is very attentive and easy to contact. Maryline and her husband were wonderful and so helpful - be it that we struggled a bit to speak french.

Don't hesitate with this place, you will not find a better place in Cannes!!!

We will definitely book again, à bientôt!

Fabulous property in a perfect location

The property was ideally situated across the Croisette to the beach where we were regular visitors. The apartment was light and airy and felt spacious for a family of 2 adults and 3 children aged 10,8and 5 years. The patio doors opened fully bringing the decked garden into the living space. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms had lovely white laundered bedding and very comfortable. The whole apartment was beautifully clean and the local couple who look after the apartment were very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again when visiting Cannes.

We just keep coming back!!!

We have been back to this property 3 times and have already booked for 2015.

It's all about the LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION with this apartment. It's situated right on La Croisette steps away from the public beach. You can see the beach and the beautiful scenery from the decked garden and from the hot tub. It's great to just relax on the deck and jump into the water across the street when you get too hot. The apartment has everything you need including WIFI.

If there is anything that I would like to see improved than it's the beds, they are very hard and quite uncomfortable... so you may find yourself catching up on sleep on the comfy sun loungers on the deck... and that's fine with me.

We have been travelling several summer to Cannes. We have rented this apartment 3 times (year 2012-2014) and every time we have been very satisfied. The location of this place could not be better. We are travelling with 2 kids and everything is within walking distance. Small amucement park, the beach, lovely restaurants, shops, everything you need from a perfect holiday. We do not speak any French but the owner has always been very helpful during our stay and she has assisted us by sms. The garden in this apartment is perfect to stay late night out with kids and every year we have seen the fireworks while sitting on the lounge stairs and sipping some wine. Our kids think that this is our own place because they love it so much :) Unfortunately it is only a rental place. I can highly recommend this place to everyone.

Just Perfection!

I can't say enough good things about this apartment. Firstly the location was just spot on. We were directly across from a public beach. We have two small children aged 4 and 2 so the less walking for them the better! The shops were very close and there is a large casino supermarket just 5 mins walk away. The apartment was exactly as it says in the description it was just perfect. Everything was provided and the kids loved the space they were able to run around the decking in the front and be totally secure. I would definitely recommend this apartment and when we return to Cannes in the future I will be booking us back in!

One of the most famous Boulevards in the world and lined by elegant 5 star hotels, our apartment Le Saint Laurent overlooking La Croisette is the perfect Cote d'Azur location. The private garden overlooks the beach beyond which lies the Mediterranee . The splendid Hotel Martinez is a mere 4 blocks away. Everything that Cannes has to offer is on your doorstep. Restaurants, designer shops on La Croisette, boutiques in the Rue d'Antibes. In the evening why not join those promenading on the beautifully lit Croisette. At night Cannes comes to life in a hundred ways : music at the Palais, concerts and plays, casinos, nightclubs.The old town of the Suquet, on the hill overlooking the port,has kept its old character with its narrow streets and its many restaurants, its church Notre Dame d' Espérance and its museum de La Castre (the old Cannes castle).

Nearby you can visit Le Cannet and its exotique gardens, La Croix des Gardes and its beautiful villas. By boat you can reach Les Iles de Lérins, walk on Sainte Marguerite and visit its Museum de la Mer and Saint Honorat with its monastory, its abbaye and its castle.

The apartment, four blocks away from the Hotel Martinez, along the Croisette, offers a private garden with heated jaccuzzi from April to October.
