Villa Hoja, Estapona , Malaga.

Villa Hoja was outstanding. Very clean, spacious modern, secure - I can't rate it highly enough. Fully equipped with anything you could possibly need, the kitchen was excellent. Washing machine and tumble dryer a bonus. The pool and the grounds were outstanding too. Being up a mountain the views were spectacular and the peace and quiet was amazing, very private, very tranquil. In fact it was so relaxing we spent most of our time there and only ate out twice!! A car is essential. Have to mention the cleaning staff and the pool guy all of whom were lovely, very polite and efficient. Local supermarket at the bottom of the hill was great and just as cheap as the big main one, maybe not just as much variety. timeinspain, the rental company, were very friendly and professional, great people and I would deal with them again. All in all one of the best holidays we have ever had in the nicest place we ever stayed.

Villa Hoja

Wir waren im Juni 2013 in diesem tollen Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem angelegten Garten. Ein dickes Lob an den Hausbesitzer und den Gärtner: Die Bepflanzung ist fantastisch! Unzählige Palmen, exotische Pflanzen mit Skulpturen und Tongefäßen wurden liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Alleine die Abfahrt auf das Grundstück ist atemberaubend. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf die umliegenden Berge und das Meer ist einfach nur wunderschön.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bäder sind neu renoviert. Beide Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Matratzen und sind modern ausgestattet. Zwei Flachbildschirme sind im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer vorhanden.

Wir sagen Danke für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder....

Hola estubimos en esta casa la primera semana de julio y tanto la casa como el trato con la empresa es buenisimo, una zona muy tranquila a tan solo 5 minutos en coche de estepona, la casa es como se ve en las fotos muy moderna y con todas las comodidades disfrutamos mucho de piscina, sin duda repetiria

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
